    Abstract: 司祭者傳令，剛殺豬的鮮血供奉入場，會眾以刀尖沾豬血少許，面對神樹將豬血塗於神樹之枝葉上。壯丁數名爬上神樹砍除枝葉，只留下面對六個氏族住屋的樹枝以及樹葉。戰祭，是阿里山鄒族全體總動員的年度盛事，祭典的意義，主要是向天神表示他們的敬意，古時並有祈求征戰勝利與部落團結的深意。
