    Abstract: 這是呂炳川教授在台東縣蘭嶼鄉東清部落的田野訪問。照片當中可以看見呂炳川教授手拿著麥克風，使用盤式錄音機在訪問圍坐在地上的雅美族人。完全不使用樂器的雅美，唯一表達情愫的方式是歌唱，他們保持原始形態的小音域組織，以單音朗誦式的原則配合獨唱、領唱與和腔、對唱與異音合唱等歌唱形態，運用在所有的雅美音樂當中，是屬於音階未形成前的組織形態
