摘要: | 本研究目的旨在探討非營利組織女性領導者特質與領導行為,研究者採方便取樣,以研究者任教地區之伊甸社會福利基金會個案的女性領導者為例。本研究採質性研究方式,研究方法以深度訪談、文件分析、實際參與活動之現場觀察、研究者省思札記等方式,來蒐集多元資料。本研究結果發現,非營利組織女性領導者投入非營利組織行列的關鍵因素,深受原生家庭的影響及婚後家庭的支持;此外,非營利組織女性領導者善用其女性特質,如容忍、寬容、體諒及責任感,能完成組織的理念及宗旨;另外,非營利組織女性領導者採轉換式領導方式,鼓勵組織成員參與組織、重視相互溝通,在不影響組織宗旨的原則下,融合組織成員的意見作決策來解決問題;同時,也不吝提攜組織成員,提供教育訓練,即使有意見衝突,亦能以妥協、討論方式來化解,因而能凝聚組織的向心力及凝聚力,共同為組織的任務而努力。 This study discussed leadership traits and styles of the female leader of Non-Profit Organization. The researcher used the method of convenience sample, and took the female leaders of Eden social welfare foundation of the researcher serves area as the example. This study used the qualitative research methods, took the so on ways of the depth interview, the file analysis, actual to participation moves the spot inspection and the researcher's thinking notes to collect the multi-dimensional materials. This research's result discovered the key aspect of the female leader of Non-Profit Organization invests the Non-profit organization; she comes under the influence deeply of the primary family and the support of the family after marriage. In addition, the female leader of Non-Profit Organization can well use of her feminine special characteristic, like tolerance, lenient, pardon and sense of responsibility to complete organization's idea and the objective. Another, the female leaders of Non-Profit Organization adopts the transformational leadership and she encourages the organization members to participation organizes and takes seriously to communicate mutually. In under the principle of no affect the organization objective, she makes the decision-making to solve problems by fusing organizes member's opinion. Simultaneously, she can’t be parsimonious to help and guide the organization’s members, and provides the education’s training. Even if has the opinion conflict, she can also use the way which compromises and discusses to solve, and condenses organization's centripetal force and cohesive force, so they can strive to the for organization's duty. |
