Based on business growth model, this study analyzes hoe the case study company transforms into green environment brand vendor from regional electrical distributor under the environment trends and market recession. The relevant conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Companies should not confine to the present situations of the industry, they should dare to use the logistics of value innovation and go out of their own way. 2. No matter the development scale and size of companies, they should take into account the balanced development of the all management functions. 3. Timely and effective use of green innovation and technology, companies can stride forward and improve benefit during the process of pursuing value. 4. If companies can occupy the important location in the supply chain network, their positions and value in the supply chain network will be improved. 5. If companies can grasp the environmental trend, environmental pressure can be viewed as a chance of business growth.
