    摘要: 市場變遷與環保趨勢對於企業發展有相當的影響。本研究以企業成長階段模型為基礎,分析個案公司如何從區域電料盤商,在面對環保趨勢及傳統市場的式微下,仍能快速因應與改變,轉型成綠色環保的品牌商。本研究相關研究結論如下:1.企業不應該局限於產業的現況,應該勇於運用價值創新邏輯,走出自己的路。2.無論企業的發展規模與大小,都應兼顧各管理功能的均衡發展。3.適時有效地的運用綠色創新與科技,即能在追求價值的過程中大幅邁進並提昇效益。4.企業若能佔有供應鏈網路中的重點位置,其在供應鏈中的地位與價值將提高。5.若能掌握環保趨勢,環保壓力可以成為企業成長的機會。
    Market changes and environmental trends have significant influence on business development. Based on business growth model, this study analyzes hoe the case study company transforms into green environment brand vendor from regional electrical distributor under the environment trends and market recession. The relevant conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Companies should not confine to the present situations of the industry, they should dare to use the logistics of value innovation and go out of their own way. 2. No matter the development scale and size of companies, they should take into account the balanced development of the all management functions. 3. Timely and effective use of green innovation and technology, companies can stride forward and improve benefit during the process of pursuing value. 4. If companies can occupy the important location in the supply chain network, their positions and value in the supply chain network will be improved. 5. If companies can grasp the environmental trend, environmental pressure can be viewed as a chance of business growth.
