推動閱讀活動是國小的重要課題,亦是國家長期的投資,提升推動閱讀的策略直接影響閱讀活動是否得以順利推動。本文運用層級分析法(AHP)來確定影響國小推動閱讀活動的準則之優先順序。本調查問卷寄給25位專家,在25份調查中,回收24份,回收率達到96%。本文提出影響國小推動閱讀的重要構面包括(1)政府部門的行政作為,(2)學校單位的行政作為,(3)教師的閱讀教學素養,(4)社會資源的支持系統,(5)家庭促進閱讀的功能,(6)學生及同儕的閱讀行為;影響之成功因素前三項為(1)教師認同與重視閱讀活動,(2)父母的閱讀習慣,(3)教師具備指導學生閱讀的專業知能和策略。最後根據研究分析的結果,提出對推動閱讀活動的四點建議:(1)積極培訓教師,提升閱讀教學的知能(2)倡導閱讀必須先教育家長(3)提高宣示的層級,達到向公眾宣導的效用(4)發展行銷策略增加圖書館的利用率。 Promotion of reading activities is an important problem to an elementary school. The reading activities are a long-term investment for a country and the success of reading activities is directly affected by the promotion strategies. In this paper, the analysis hierarchy process (AHP) method was used to determine the priority of criteria for promotion of reading activities in elementary school. Questionnaires were sent by mail to 26 scholars. Of the 26 surveys, 25 were returned, for a return rate of 95%. According to our results, six objectives and thirty-two evaluating criteria are developed in this study. The dimension of objectives includes (1) conduct dimension of the government departments, (2) conduct dimension of the elementary school, (3) conduct dimension of the teachers, (4) support by the community, (5) conduct dimension of the family and (6) influence of the behavior of the same generation. Ranked by the weights of all criteria showed that the top three evaluation criteria are: (1) teachers’ intention and respect to reading activity, (2) parents' habit of reading and (3) teacher's professional ability. Furthermore, this study used the AHP analysis results to discuss the managerial implication and the following: (1) trained teachers to be more professional knowledge about the dimension of reading teaching, (2) developing advocating strategies for parents about reading activities, (3) focus of the publicize dimension and (4) developing marketing strategies in order to increase the use of the library.
