本研究主要目的在於探討幼兒教師休閒運動參與動機、休閒效益、自由時間管理的差異情形,進而探討幼兒教師的休閒效益及生活品質之間的關聯性。本研究受試對象為屏東地區公私立托兒所及幼稚園幼兒教師,共寄發問卷400 份,回收有效問卷302,有效量表回收率為75.50%。並以t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述:(一)公私立幼兒教師的休閒參與動機有差異存在,在「心理因素」與「內在因素」層面均顯示「私立學校」幼兒教師的休閒參與動機高於「公立學校」的幼兒教師的休閒參與動機。(二)不同婚姻幼兒教師的休閒效益無差異存在。(三)每月不同休閒費用幼兒教師之自由時間管理有差異存在,在「時間價值」層面顯示每月平均休閒費用1000元以下~2000高於3600~5000元。(四)幼兒教師的休閒效益與生活品質有關聯性存在。 This study aims to explore the differences between motivation of participating in recreational sports and leisure benefit among early childhood teachers. Furthermore, it discusses the correlations between leisure benefit and quality of life. Total 400 questionnaires are distributed to the teachers in public and private nurseries and kindergartens in Pingtung County. 302 effective ones are retrieved, with the retrieval rate of 75.50%. Data are analyzed by t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Canonical Analysis. Findings are shown as follows. (1) Motivation of participating in recreational sports appears differences among the early childhood teachers in public and private schools. Early childhood teachers in private schools present higher motivation than those in public schools on both psychological and intrinsic factors. (2) Leisure benefit of early childhood teachers is not affected by marriage. (3) The early childhood teachers present distinct free time management on monthly expense on recreation, where higher time value appears on the average expense of 1000~2000 NT dollars than that of 3600~5000 NT dollars. (4) There are significant correlations between the early childhood teachers’ leisure benefit and quality of life.
