本研究主要是透過文獻探討與消費者使用意象來做陶壺造形設計,將日常中常見事物型態特徵融現代陶製陶壺燒製,並且運用電腦輔助設計繪圖與模擬應用於陶壺造形設計,探討今日電腦科技輔助設計與製作。經文獻探討瞭解消費者透過視覺、觸覺及記憶中的經驗來感受產品設計價值,掌握或觸發消費者內在情緒,便能引起消費者建立產品價值。設計過程中運用電腦3D輔助設計與製作,減少陶瓷產品開發時效。電腦輔助設計與製作的優勢,易於完成傳統機械方法所不能執行部分,造形中所運用柱面旋削方式,傳統機械方法難以用多角度製作旋削形態,傳統機械製作法受限軸心旋轉製作。而電腦輔助設計與製作,不但能以多角度進行旋削形態,更能以美的形式原理中的反覆、漸變等模式進行旋削形態建立,造形的開發相對能快速設計與完成,也藉此將傳統陶藝製作昇華至另一境界,讓陶瓷發展更無遠弗界。 This research is to design ceramics based on previous studies and consumer usage image integrating shape of objects in daily life into ceramics and applying computer aided design on ceramics form image design to discuss computer aided design and making. Literature suggests that understanding and trigger consumer’s emotion establish product value which consumer perceives through vision, touch and experience. Applying computer technology during design shortens ceramic development. The advantage of computer aided design is that it can do things that traditional machine cannot. Traditional machine cannot do multiple-angle turning because it is subject to its axis. But computer-aided design can even apply principle of repetition and gradation to multiple-angle turning. Shape of ceramics could be designed and developed faster so that traditional ceramics-making could be elevated to a higher level.
