| 摘要: | 一個動盪不安的時代，能夠造就了一個人不平凡的一生。晚清時期的中國正處於風雨飄搖及內憂外患的年代，曾國藩能夠把握當下時機，力挽狂瀾救國家於苦難之中，創造自己揚名立萬、名留青史的美譽。滿清政府也因為有曾國藩的平定太平軍亂，才能延續大清國的國祚數十年。曾國藩一生的成就不論是在自身修為、家庭倫常、子弟教育、學術主張、政治手腕、軍事創舉、平定民亂、為國舉才等等，都足以成為後世人學習的典範。 本文先以研究曾國藩所專精的詞章學為起點，探究曾國藩的文學思想起源。首先必須知道曾國藩的家世背景，生平事蹟等，要有深入之明瞭及認識才行；再探索曾國藩如何進德修業、涵養修身，進而能在詞章之學、義理之學、經世之學、考據之學有所成就。再者，研究曾國藩的兵事學，深入分析曾國藩在剿滅太平軍之亂期間對湘軍的教練、戰術與戰略運用以及對後代軍事之影響。最後，探討曾國藩對人力資源的管理，主要是研究曾國藩幕府用人的獨到眼光，可以憑靠著識別人才之術、培育人才之法以及任用人才之道，這三個階段來作育英才及為國所用。同時，也藉著這些可用之才的專長貢獻，成就曾國藩一生的豐功偉業，並奠定了他在中國歷史上不可抹滅的崇高地位。
A volatile age, be able to create one extraordinary life. Stormy and improbability of China in late Qing dynasty era, Zeng Guo-Fan to seize opportunity, tide saved the country from misery, create their own make, make his mark on history in the world. The Qing government because of the rebellion of Zeng Guo-Fan's Taiping army, to continuation of the Da Qing Guo Zuo for decades to come. Zeng Guo-Fan's lifelong achievements both in the endeavor of oneself, family to family, children's education, academic opinion, politics, the military initiative and to pacify the people, country and so on, after a deal to make the world model of learning. This article will deal with the study of Zeng Guo-Fan's specialization cizhang as a starting point, explore the origin of Zeng Guo-Fan's literary thought. First of all, you must know the Zeng Guo-Fan's family background and life story, to have an in-depth understanding of and awareness; slim then explore how Zeng Guo-Fan's virtue of attendance, conservation, learning cizhang, meaning of science, social science, historically accurate achievement. Furthermore, the study of Zeng Guo-Fan's learning of soldiers, in-depth analysis of Zeng Guo-Fan's take on Xiang army's coach during the Taiping rebellion, tactical and strategic use of, and impact on future generations of military. Finally, the discussion on Zeng Guo-Fan's management of human resources, primarily studies employing the unique vision of Zeng Guo-Fan's shogunate, resorting to identify talent, nurturing the talents of law as well as the appointment of personnel of the road, the three stages of education and for use by the State.
