摘要:	本研究旨在探討喪親家屬參與逝去親人「遺體SPA」儀式進行之經驗感受與重要意義，以及「遺體SPA」的儀式與喪親家屬的悲傷影響和對逝者隱私的尊重、殯葬自主等倫理問題。研究方法採質性方法為取徑，藉由深度訪談分別對五位於二年內喪親且全程參與逝去親人「遺體SPA」儀式進行的喪親家屬進行研究資料的蒐集，以主題分析方法進行資料的處理，研究發現如下：一、喪親家屬在參與逝去親人「遺體SPA」的儀式時有正面及負面的經驗感受，正向感受為：「遺體SPA」是專業細緻的服務、在「遺體SPA」過程中，喪親家屬能專注儀式進行，有助於緩和悲傷情緒；負向感受為：對「遺體SPA」存有疑問無法探問殯葬業者、家屬無法全面參與儀式的進行。二、喪親家屬透過「遺體SPA」的儀式安排，能傳遞對逝者的孝思與心意，彌補心中無法完成的遺憾。由「遺體SPA」的象徵意涵，能為逝者解除生前所受的疾病苦痛與人生塵埃。三、在「遺體SPA」儀式進行中，透過觀看逝者遺體，撫觸逝者以及跟逝者遺體道別，有助於喪親家屬履行悲傷任務、展開療癒。四、喪親家屬在為逝去親人選擇「遺體SPA」時，會站在逝者立場為考量，透過家屬的陪伴以及「遺體SPA」過程中以毛巾遮蓋身體身體隱私得以被維護。在儀式進行中，服務人員對逝者是以事死如生的態度尊重待之。　　　最後，本研究根據研究結果分別對喪親家屬、殯葬業者以及政府部門提出具體建議，讓喪親家屬在為已逝親人選擇「沐浴」儀式時有一個參考的依據，同時對「遺體SPA」業者與非「遺體SPA」業者在「沐浴」儀式進行上的做法提出相關建言，期望能讓喪親家屬不論為已逝親人選擇何種型式的「沐浴」儀式，均能對悲傷療癒的開啟有所助益。　　The study attempted to explore the bereaved families experiences and feelings of attending the “Body SPA” Ceremony as well as its significance, and figure out the influences of the ceremony on the grief healing of bereaved families and ethnic issues such as respect to the deceased and funeral liberty. With qualitative research, it uses in-depth interview to collect the research data from five bereaved families who lost their relatives and participated in the “Body SPA” Ceremony in the past two years and then processed the date by thematic analysis. The findings are listed as follows：1.Bereaved families would face both positive and negative experiences while attending the “Body SPA” Ceremony. In terms of the positive aspect, “Body SPA” is a kind of professional and meticulous bath service, during which the families could focus on the ceremony to relieve the grief; while the negative aspect is that some families doubted the funeral business and could not fully attend the ceremony. 2.Through the “Body SPA” Ceremony, the families could convey their mourning and memoriam for the deceased relatives and made up for the regrets. The symbolic meaning of “Body SPA” could help relieve the illness and pains they sufferred before their death.3.During the “Body SPA” Ceremony, viewing, touching and making farewell to the body would help the families to heal their grief through.4.The bereaved families might consider the position of the decreased when selecting The “Body SPA”. From the families’ accompany to the towels covering on the body for privacy protection the service personnel treated the body with an attitude of regarding the dead as to living during the ceremony. 　　　In the end, the study proposed suggestions to the bereaved families and funeral services providers and government departments respectively based on the research results, offering references to these families for selecting the “Mu-Yu” ceremonies. At the same time, it also put forward proposals to the “Body SPA” providers and non-“Body SPA” providers in terms of “Mu-Yu” Ceremony, expecting that it can help heal the grief of bereaved families regardless the types of “Mu-Yu” ceremonies selected.
