研究者因為母親為腦中風患者,在陪病過程中,發現腦中風患者的就醫歷程,非常艱辛,引起研究者的關注。因此,本研究主要目的在於探討中風患者就醫歷程,使用的時機及經驗;腦中風病人及家屬對於「腦中風」認識的不足,是否影響就醫時機以及中風患者如何取得完整而有效的社會資源。 本研究採質性研究法,以半結構式的訪談方式蒐集資料,因為腦中風後遺症有患者無法完整口語或書寫表達,因此訪談對象涵括了患者及家屬,六組個案共訪談了八人,其中病人三位、家屬五位。訪談文本採用持續比較分析法進行資料分析。 研究結果發現,腦中風患者多半對於腦中風的認識不足,而影響就醫時間;醫療方式的使用,則採取以西醫為主要的多元就醫方式,西醫和中醫的使用非替代關係,而是與其他醫療體系相輔相成;此外,資訊需求如何快速有效的傳達到患者,直接影響到患者的醫療效果與照護,這是非常重要的,而長照機關提供的各項協助,更是直接嘉惠患者與家屬。 The researcher, whose mother is a stroke patient, experienced the accompanying patient understanding, found medical treatment course of stroke patient is very hard and thought that is an important topic worth to study with. The study aims to investigate the course of medical treatment for brain stroke patients, the timing and experience of using the treatment. Moreover, the study of influences on the medical timing and the impacts on obtaining completed and effective social resources to those patients and families who lack of perception and associated knowledge on the "brain Stroke" is also the major issue as well. This qualitative research is conducted by semi-structured interviews to collect data. There are in total eight participants of six groups including three patients and their five family members to accommodate the inability in complete oral or written expression for some of brain stroke patients. The method of constant comparative analysis is adopted to analyze the interview data. Research results found, first, the brain stroke patients confine the timing to access medical treatment due to the lack of the perception and associated knowledge. Second, the medical treatment way is focused on the western medicine with the assistants of other non-western medical treatment. Among those multiple medical treatment applications, they are complementary each other instead of alternative relationship. Moreover, fast and effective get critical and meaningful information across to patients directly affect the quality of medical effect and patients care also very important. And the long term assistance provided by Care Agencies will substantially benefit patients and their families.
