本研究目的在調查空軍某基地後勤人員的離職傾向因素,探討領導風格、工作壓力、工作滿足與離職傾向的關係。以文獻分析法對領導風格、工作壓力、工作滿足及離職傾向進行討論,並據以擬訂問卷。針對空軍某基地後勤人員為對象,使用不記名問卷進行收樣,共發出320份問卷,回收309份,剔除無效問卷13份,總計回收有效問卷296份,有效回收率92.5%。本研究採用SPSS 18.0統計分析軟體做為統計分析工具,研究所得結論如下:1.本研究取樣之個人特徵,在領導風格、工作壓力、工作滿足及離職傾向均無顯著差異。2.領導風格及工作滿足分別對離職傾向具有顯著負向影響。3.領導風格對工作滿足關係及工作壓力對離職傾向關係均具有顯著正向影響。4.工作滿足在領導風格與離職傾向之間具有完全中介效果。 The major purpose for this focuses on the tendency to resignation of logistics officer in an AIR FORCE BASE. To study the relationship among the leadership style, job stress, job satisfaction and intention to quit. The survey was developed based on literature analyzed on leadership style, job stress, job satisfaction and intention to quit. There were 320 questionnaires delivered, 309 were responded, 13 were rejected as invalid count, a total of 296 valid questionnaires, with an effective retrieve rate of 92.5%. The results of the study are as follows:1.In this sample study, the personal characteristics have no difference on the leadership style, job stress, job satisfaction and intention to quit.2.Leadership style and job satisfaction has a negative impact on intention to quit.3.Leadership style has a positive impact on job satisfaction and job stress has a positive impact on intention to quit.4.Job satisfaction has mediation effect between the leadership style and intention to quit.
