    Abstract:   本研究旨在瞭解空軍嘉義基地人員其社會支持、幸福感與工作績效的關係與影響,研究對象為該基地之人員,採便利抽樣透過問卷調查方式蒐集相關資料,發放正式問卷450份,回收有效問卷392份,有效問卷回收率87.1%。資料以因素分析、信度分析、描述性分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行研究。  研究結果發現:(1)社會支持對工作績效有顯著的正向影響。(2)社會支持對幸福感有顯著正向影響。(3)幸福感對工作績效有顯著的正向影響。(4)幸福感對支持與工作績效之間具有部份中介效果。
      The purpose of this study is to research the relationship with the impact of the Chiayi Air Force Base of social support, well-being and job performance. The thesis of main object is personnel in the Air Base, by used random questionnaire survey to collect data, formal 450 portions, retrieve useful 392 portions, the retrieved rate is 87.1 percentage. It obtained data is then analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, T-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis.  The contribution of the research were summarized as follows: (1)Social support has a significant positive impact on job performance.(2)Social support has a significant positive impact on well-being.(3)Well-being has a significant positive impact on job performance.(4)Well-being has partial mediating effect between social support and job performance.
