    Abstract:   全球人口老化議題不斷的見諸報導,自1993年起台灣邁入高齡化社會;台灣老年人平均壽命已達79.5歲,男76.4歲,女82.8歲。預估在2017年,台灣老年人口比率會升至14%,成為高齡國家。社會上存在許多關於老人的迷思,助長了對老人的刻板印象與負面形象;但是,「老」固然有年齡指標、體能狀態之分,但更關鍵的是自我覺察。老化受到個人身體狀況、資源條件、生活方式、文化環境及情緒壓力等影響,而這些是可以憑自己的努力為老化過程帶來改變和意義。身體機能退化是自然的過程,老化乃至死亡是人生必要的完成。   65歲以上老人,伴隨著慢性疾病及因病傷殘的人數逐年持續攀升;但是現代社會中,老年人在子女奉養中安度晚年的景況日顯困難。依據行政院主計處2010年人口及住宅普查結果顯示,目前至少有31萬餘名老人需要長期照顧,而長照安養機構使用率約74 %。在環境、政策、人口結構快速變遷的世代,如何從心念轉化來緩解老人內心的痛苦?   本研究擬經由佛法療癒的智慧,提供老人「佛法生活化」的多元選擇,藉由八次團體教學活動施行,透過應用正念身心技巧,引導、陪伴、動作觀察、持續對話來協助老人促發自我覺知「轉念離苦」;達到心安平安、老病自在的晚年。研究主要發現有︰原諒需要在正念生活中涵養、正念是生活態度的揀擇、轉換心念引發改變、正念應用具有正面意義。提出建議有︰重視住民靈性需求、全面推廣正念生活、教案檢討與分析建檔。
      Global population aging issues constantly seen reported in Taiwan since 1993, entered the aging society; Taiwan's average life expectancy reached 79.5 years older, male 76.4 years, female 82.8 years old. Estimated in 2017, Taiwan's elderly population ratio will rise to 14%, becoming senior citizens countries. Many myths exist about the elderly in the community, contributing to the stereotype of the elderly and the negative image; however, "Old", although there are indicators of age, physical condition of the points, but more critical is self-awareness. Aging suffer personal physical condition, resource conditions, lifestyle, culture, environment and emotional stress and other factors, which can be their own efforts to bring about change for the aging process and meaning. Is a natural body function degradation process, aging and death are necessary to complete the life.   65 years old, accompanied by a number of chronic diseases and disability due to illness each year continues to rise; But modern society, taking care of the elderly in the dignity of children increasingly difficult situation. According to 2010 Population and Housing Census results show that there are at least 310,000 elderly people requiring long-term care, nursing homes and long-term care utilization rate of approximately 74%. In environmental policy, rapidly changing demographic cohort, how to ease the transformation from old inner mind the pain?   This study by the Buddhist healing wisdom, providing multiple choices for the elderly, "Life of Buddha grasp","action where,"note where" the essentials; "self-transcendence" is the basic feature of humanity, particularly stressed throughout the six touch, how to "Kind、mournful、delightful、 equanimity" in contemplation, with the breath out alternately use. Walking, sitting, talking, eating, sleeping, bathing, dressing, toileting, and even breathing exercises can clearly relaxed gradually, hoping to stimulate open old self healing energy. Expected through the application of physical and mental skills of mindfulness, companionship, guidance, reminders, repetitive movements, exercises to help the elderly continue to trigger self-awareness, "he switched from suffering" reach the heart Anping, old and sick comfortable old age.
