    摘要:   「田徑為運動之母」,近年來台灣在國際田徑競賽獲獎選手,沒有一位來自雲林縣,可知目前雲林縣在田徑運動上與其他縣市相比有一段差距,身為雲林縣國小田徑教練欲探究其原因。因此,本研究藉由次級資料分析、深度訪談、實地觀察後,再以問卷調查來探究雲林縣國小田徑教練領導行為、選手特質與訓練滿意度。   以參加102年雲林縣秋季縣長盃田徑賽國小田徑選手為研究對象,共發放問卷380份,回收有效問卷337份,有效問卷回收率89%;針對回收問卷以SPSS套裝軟體進行統計分析,研究結果如下:一、雲林縣國小田徑選手的四項特質,以「自我要求」最多,以「樂觀」特質最少;二、雲林縣國小田徑教練五項領導行為中,以「訓練與指導」行為最多,以「專制」行為最少;三、不同背景變項之雲林縣國小田徑選手在「年級」、「最佳成績」、「選手特質」達顯著水準;四、雲林縣國小田徑選手在訓練滿意度中,以「訓練成效」行為最多,「學習態度」最少;五、不同背景變項之雲林縣國小田徑選手在「每周訓練天數」、「最佳成績」、「選手特質」達顯著水準;六、雲林縣國小田徑教練「領導行為」與「訓練滿意度」達顯著正相關。   致本研究認為:教練應利用在地休閒環境,以選手之特質,施以適當之領導方式,並輔之激勵方法,以提升選手之持續練習之意願與訓練之效果。
      Track and field are the mother of sports. No Taiwanese track and field athletes who win international prizes in recent years come from Yunlin county. This shows that athletes’ performances in Yunlin county lag behind those of other counties. As a track and field coach of Yunlin county, I want to research the reasons of this phenomenon. This paper begins with secondary data analyses, in-depth interviews, field observations and then questionnaires to inquire couches’ instructional behaviors and athletes’ characteristics as well as their satisfaction toward training.   The subjects of this paper are those athletes who attend The 102 Autumn Track and Field Competition in Yunlin County. The questionnaires have 380 sheets in amount, with 337 sheets returned. The ratio of return is 89%. These questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS software. The results are as follows: 1. Among the four athletes’ characteristics, self-discipline are the highest, while optimism is the lowest. 2. Among track and field couches’ five instructional behaviors, training and instructions is the highest, with autocrat lowest. 3. Among elementary athletes’ background variants, three are significant toward couches’ instructional behaviors: grades, best scores, and athletes’ characteristics. 4. Among the scales of athletes’ satisfaction, training effects is the highest, with learning attitudes lowest. 5. In the background variants of athletes’ satisfaction, training days of a week, best scores, and athletes’ characteristics are significant. 6. It’s positively significant between couches’ instructional behaviors and athletes’ training satisfaction.    Therefore, this paper proposes that track and field couches should instruct athletes with proper leading styles according to their characteristics and stimulate them supplementarily to increase the training effects.
