Abstract:	本研究主旨在探討兩岸大學生在經濟人權上的看法之差異程度與相關性。　　　本研究採用文獻分析法進行問卷設計，採用問卷調查法進行量化數據的蒐集；採用問卷方式將經濟人權分為工作權、工會權、保障生活權、醫療保健權、受教權、財產權等六個面向，探討兩岸大學生在經濟人權上的認知之差異與相關性；再經由問卷整理數值後進行分析，整理出主要的研究發現。希望藉此瞭解台灣大學生和大陸大學生對經濟人權的看法。　　　本研究以自編之「兩岸大學生對經濟人權之看法問卷」為研究工具，進行問卷調查。作者以北京地區的大學生、台灣各地的大學生為取樣對象，以滾雪球抽樣法的方式取得樣本。作者於2013年3月進行大陸地區的問卷施測；2013年2月底到4月初進行台灣地區的問卷施測。大陸地區施測500份，回收450份；台灣地區施測600份，收回556份。問卷回收後以Excel建檔；分別計算出次數分配、百分比、卡方檢定。根據次數、百分比、卡方檢定，進行分析、比較，探討兩岸大學生對各個面向的看法與其間的差異相關性。　　　本研究依據文獻探討與問卷調查結果，獲得以下的結論：壹、兩岸的大學生皆贊成人應有經濟人權之權利。貳、台灣大學生在享有工會權、享有醫療保健權這二個面向，認為享有的比率高於大陸大學生。參、大陸大學生對就業權利有高度需求。　　This study aims to explore cross-strait college students the views on economic human rights in the degree of difference and correlation.　　　In this study, questionnaire was designed by literature analysis. Used questionnaires to collect quantitative data to explore cross-strait college students the views on economic human rights in the degree of difference and correlation.The questionnaires economics human rights.were devided into six themes : the work of the economic rights, trade union rights, the right to protection of life, health care rights, rights to education, property rights. The study analyzed via a questionnaire after finishing value, sorting out the main findings to explorecross-strait college students the views on economic human rights.　　　In this study used "cross-strait college students’ perceptions of human rights questionnaire"of the self –compile as a research tool. of college students in Beijing, college students acrossthe Taiwan sample object to the way a snowball sampling method to obtain samples. In March 2013 the author conducted a questionnaire Mainland Surveying; the end of February 2013 to early April questionnaire Taiwan Surveying. Surveying 500 mainland recovered 450;Taiwan Surveying 600, recovered 556 copies. The collected Excel filing; were calculated frequency distribution, percentage and Chi-square test. According frequency, percentage, Chi-square test to analyze, compare, and discuss cross-strait college students during the individual-oriented view of the differences relevance.　　　The study based on literature review and survey results, obtained the following conclusions:First, college students are in favor of human rights on both sides of the economic human rights should be.Second, Taiwan college students showned the higher ratio then the mainland college students of they owned trade union rights and the right to access to health.Third, Mainland college students have high demand for employment rights.
