本研究主旨在探討兩岸大學生對自由看法的差異,並分析兩岸大學生在「贊成」、「享有」、「需要或需要更多」等變項上的差異情形。 本研究以兩岸大學生共1006人(台灣556人;大陸450人)為母群體,並以自編「兩岸大學生對自由之看法問卷」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。台灣地區採滾雪球抽樣法;大陸地區採立意取樣和滾雪球抽樣法進行問卷施測,回收有效問卷共1006份(台灣556份;大陸450份)。並於問卷回收後,採用百分比與卡方檢定等統計方法來驗證假設。 本研究依據問卷調查結果經分析探討,獲致以下的結論:一、兩岸大學生對於自由之各項權利皆表示高度贊成。二、在享有自由之各項權利部分,台灣大學生均高於大陸大學生。三、在需要更多自由權利部分,只有在需要更多人身自由面向,大陸大學生高於台灣大學生,其他面向需求度都是台灣大學生高於大陸大學生。四、兩岸大學生對自由看法差異最大為「需要或需要更多秘密通訊之自由」;差異最小為「贊成人應該享有遷徙自由」、「需要或需要更多遷徙自由」、「贊成人應該享有人身自由」。 The purpose of the research is to discuss the different liberty concept of students between Taiwan and Mainland China. Further, the research analyzes the variable differences among “Consent”, “Possession”, or “Demand or more Demand” from students’ concept. The research has chosen 1006 students from Taiwan and Mainland China(556 Taiwan students; 450 Mainland China students) to be a major group, and uses “Questionnaire of Taiwan and Mainland China Students’ Views on Liberty” to be a research means and to process the questionnaire research. Taiwan area uses Snowball sampling and Mainland China area uses Purposive sampling and Snowball sampling to process questionnaire performance. The total Valid questionnaire sheets are 1006 (Taiwan 556 copies; Mainland China 450 copies). After questionnaires are collected, the Percentage and Chi-square test statistics methods are used to test the hypothesis. According to the results from questionnaire research analysis, the conclusions are as follow: 1. Students between Taiwan and Mainland have high consent toward the rights of liberty. 2. Taiwan students enjoy and possessing the rights of liberty are higher than students in Mainland China. 3. In the liberty rights demand aspect, students in Mainland China need more personal freedom than Taiwan students. Taiwan students have higher demand than students in Mainland China in the other aspects. 4. The biggest difference between crossing straits is “demand or demand more freedom of private correspondence”; the smallest difference is “ agree that individuals should enjoy the freedom of migration” , “demand or demand more freedom of migration” , “ agree that individuals should enjoy and possess personal liberty.
