摘要: | 本研究旨探究公共圖書館推動閱讀起步走政策的行銷及其成效,首先蒐集公共圖書館相關文獻資料,以公共圖書館四大功能:教育、文化、資訊、休閒與三大任務:閱讀推廣、推廣服務、參考服務,為本研究的基本架構。在公共圖書館服務中「推廣兒童閱讀服務」已是公共圖書館重要的例行業務,而本研究「Bookstart閱讀起步走」政策正是兒童推廣服務中相當重要的一環,1992年,由英國公益組織「圖書信託基金」(Booktrust)發起的Bookstart運動,是全世界第一項專門為嬰幼兒量身打造的大規模贈書活動,提倡嬰幼兒即早接觸書籍,擁有快樂溫馨的早期閱讀經驗。台灣則在民國92年由原臺中縣與信誼基金會合作,開始推動「Bookstart閱讀起步走」運動,共同推廣0-3歲幼兒閱讀,藉由親子共讀讓家庭享受到愛及閱讀的樂趣!透過閱讀禮袋贈書儀式、父母講座、親子讀書會、親子閱讀營等活動,讓寶寶從小親近圖書,進而養成閱讀習慣。 本研究的目的:瞭解與探討公共圖書館推動“Bookstart閱讀起步走”之政策行銷及其成效,以臺中市圖書資訊中心「Bookstart閱讀起步走.親子悅讀營」為主要研究對象。“以質性研究分別對文化局承辦員、圖資中心館長、承辦員、Bookstart教師及參與家長等不同層面進行訪談,瞭解個人對此閱讀政策的感受與建議,再經訪談資料分析歸納出本研究的結論及建議。 This study aims to encourage Policy Marketing and Effectiveness of “Bookstart” by Public Library, the first public library to gather relevant literature to public libraries four functions: education, culture, information, leisure and three major tasks: promote reading, extension of services, reference services, the basic framework of the study. Public library service is "to promote children's reading service" is seen as vital, In this program, "Bookstart " policy is very important for children to promote the services of a ring, in 1992, by the British charity organization called the " Booktrust" initiated “Bookstart” campaign is the first designed specifically for worldwide Children. They organized a massive book donation campaigns to promote the immediate early contact with infants books, have a happy and warm feeling in early reading experience. Taiwan, Republic of China 92 years in the former Taichung County and Hsin Yi Foundation, began promoting "Bookstart” campaign, jointly promote reading children from age 0-3 years old, through parent-child reading for families to enjoy the love and joy of reading ! Gift bags through reading book donation campaign, parenting lecture, parent-child book clubs, parent-child reading camps and other activities, so that the babies will grow up getting close to books, and then to develop reading habits. The purpose of this research: Policy Marketing and Effectiveness of “Bookstart” by Public Library---A case study of Taichung Library Imformation Center Qualitative research was conducted by members of the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the contractor, curator of maps and data centers, contractor staff, Bookstart teachers and parents involvement at different levels, such as interviews, to understand personal feelings and suggested reading this policy, and then concludes the interview data analysis Conclusions and recommendations of the study. |
