Abstract:	人類依自然環境而生，也依自然環境而滅。當人類能尊重自然並愛惜其中各種生態，那麼人類所開發與建造的社會環境，即能與自然和諧相處，與天地共生共存。然而隨著人口的增長及科技的進步，對環境的破壞亦與日俱增，各種的環境安全問題一觸即發，深深地威脅著人類的生存。　　其實，許多危害都是一點一滴積累而成，但處於安逸環境中生存的人們往往視而不見，聽而不聞，直到爆發聳人聽聞的災難大事件時，才會引起注意而亡羊補牢。因此，筆者以「浩劫」為創件主軸，共分為「自然災害」、「金融風暴」及「疾病傳染」三系列，呈現個人對環境、人性、生命的省思，希望在探討生死存亡的危機中，能喚起人們對環境保護的重視，並抱持樂觀的心境，積極面對生命中的突發事件。　　在創作實踐的過程中，透過水墨媒材與技法之試驗，筆者嘗試賦予畫面更豐富的層次與質感，也經由文獻資料之探究，學習運用象徵與暗喻的方式，詮釋環境與人生的交互影響，建構出具個人風格的圖像語彙。所謂「千里之行，始於足下」，環境的維護是每一個人責無旁貸的義務，但絕不是口號，唯有貫徹於實際行動方能獲得改善，讓明天的地球環境變得更加美好。　　We human beings live within the natural environment, and we also die because of the natural environment. Not until human beings really start to respect the natural environment and cherish the various ecology system will the social environment human beings have established be able to co-exist with the natural environment. However, with the growing population and the technological development, the destruction toward natural environment has been getting worse and worse. All sorts of environmental problems have shown up and now started to deeply threaten the survival of human beings.　　In fact, lots of damages were accumulated bit by bit and day by day in our normal daily life. Living in an comfortably-easy era, people nowaday tend to igrore these damages caused by us human beings. Most of us won’t even notice or try to recover it until we have seen the outbreak of a huge catastrophy. Therefore, the autor hereby is trying to put the emphasis on the term ”catastrophe”, and would further divide this main theme into three different sections, which are “natural disasters”, “financial turmoil”, and “contagious diseases” respectively. By discussing the crisis, the autor hopes to arouse human beings’ attention toward environmental protection and to further urge us human beings to hold an optimistic attitude to face any of the unexpected events happening in our lives.　　During the proccess of practical creation, the autor had tried to give more layers and textures to the paitings through the experiment of ink-painting skills. Also, through the literature research , the author had tried to apply symbolism and metaphors to the paitings, trying to expain the co-influence between environment and life, and to further establish iconic vocabulary of her own personal style. “A thousand miles begin with one step.” As the saying goes, environmental protection is the obligation that we need to start doing right now. It is never just a slogan. Only by taking practical actions can the crisis really be overcome. This way, our planet will surely become better and better.
