摘要:	舌診屬於「望、聞、問、切」四診中之「望診」重要項目，從中醫的角度來看，舌頭的狀況與臟腑有密切的聯繫，因此藉著觀察舌頭，即可知曉體內之狀態。　　在傳統舌診判斷中，主要受當時醫師主觀意識、經驗以及當下環境因素影響。對於現代中醫師而言，這些傳統醫師的判斷缺乏客觀性，常有紀錄不實或紀錄不全之窘境，需要透過臨床經驗的長久累積與驗證，才能對病症做出精確的辨症。現代醫學雖有精密儀器舌診儀輔助，但是卻受於操作標準高、不便移動等限制。另外因應無紙病歷普及，因此如何使用電子病歷系統建立舌診紀錄、方便判讀及診斷標準化，克服以上論點是有價值的。　　本研究利用智慧型行動裝置的優勢開發輔助中醫舌診診斷之APP，透過系統分析及規劃，將醫師所需要的診斷因子之對應病機整理成表。當醫師診斷病人時提示病機之描述，協助醫師總結病症，並將中醫師舌診診斷之經驗以文字、圖像等方式記錄下來。一方面可以請多位醫師反覆審視診斷結果是否正確，同時可以做為醫師教導實習醫師之用，最終達到中醫臨床舌診斷斷作業之標準化程序。　　The tongue diagnosis to belong to "inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation" four to diagnose, is an important item of "inspection", see from the Chinese medicine, condition and internal organs of tongue contain close contact, therefore can immediately understand the status in the body by observing a tongue.　　The traditional tongue is diagnosing, mainly be subjected to at that time subjective consciousness for doctor, experience and at that moment environment factor influence. To modern Chinese medicine doctor, the judgment of these traditional doctors lacks of the objectivity and often have the record inaccuracy or record the not complete condition, must through the clinical experience long-last accumulation, so as to do to the patient accurate of judgment. Although the modern medical science has a precise instrument tongue elephant instrument assistance, but Be been subjected to to the operation restrictions like standard high and inconvenient ambulation,etc. Have no the popularization of paper medical history, therefore how use the electronics medical history system establishment tongue to diagnose the record and convenience to judge to read and diagnose to standardize, overcoming the above talk point is of great value.　　This research makes use of the advantage development assistance Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis of intelligent mobile device APP and analyzes and plans through the system, the diagnosis factor that the doctor needs of to should the machine of disease tidy up into the form. When the doctor diagnoses a patient, hint description of machine of disease, help doctor's summary disease, and record down by writing, picture etc. traditonal Chinese medical doctor's tongue diagnosis experience. On the other hand can invite several doctors to repeatedly examine the diagnosis whether result is correct as well as be used as a doctor to teach the intern of use, finally reach the Chinese medicine clinical tongue diagnosis to standardize the procedure.
