Abstract:	希特勒進攻蘇聯往往被認為是納粹德國在二次大戰期間最大的大戰略與戰略錯誤。大戰略上，納粹德國還未屈服英國，即揮軍進攻廣土眾民、兵多將廣的俄國，儘管最初取得輝煌的勝利，但終究還是難逃兩面作戰的困局而導致敗亡。而在戰略上，德國專注於包圍殲滅俄軍，耽誤了進攻莫斯科的時間，使得德國唯一成功的機會也隨之破滅。然而，本論文嘗試駁斥這兩個常見觀點。透過地理態勢、資源與軍力的比較，本文主張，德國其實足以攻打俄國，而不足以攻打英國；透過戰史記錄的分析，本文主張，德國包圍殲滅俄軍的戰略也沒有錯誤。意即，德國攻打俄國在大戰略與戰略上都是正確的。　　Hitler attacked the Soviet Union often considered to be the largest of Nazi Germany's grand strategy and military strategic errors during world war II. The paper argues, In fact, Germany enough to attack Russia, But not enough to attack the United Kingdom; By analyzing the recorded history of war, The paper argues , Germany surrounded annihilate Russian strategic No error. This means that Germany attacked Russia on grand strategy and the military strategy is correct.
