In old-fashioned thoughts, performing arts parallel the industries, whereas in modern society, a new win-win situation is created after the combination of the both sides. The outlets for communication and complement are required while cooperating with each other. Thus, this study regards “art & business platform” as a channel through the communication and complement. The estimate, however, still demands practical proofs; meanwhile, the problems and trends of present performing arts groups development should be examined as well. The study founds on multiple case study which takes three experienced Performing Art Organizations combining with cross-industrial cooperation case as objects, as well as based on trigonometrical survey to collect, examine, compare materials comprehensively, and generalize the key factors and cross-industrial cooperation models subsequently. What's followed are the three indiviual art & business platform models for Performing Arts Organization : (1)Menu-mode: providing various expressing contents for the industries to choose from, and in addion, enable them to possess exclusive service by going along with customization performance. The successful key factor of cooperation relationship lies in the flexibilities of Performing Art Organizations to meet the needs of individual industries.(2)Open-mode: offer the original perfoming styles, attract the other industries with the same concepts to joint project so as to go ever lasting. The major keypoint of successful relationship consists of the good reputation of Performing Art Organizations which multiples the benefits to the industies through mutual cooperation.(3)Closed-mode: due to the highly mutual trust on the both sides, integrate the industries with the same concepts to coact their ideal projects. The major part of successful cooperation exists on the strong sense of mission, which devotes to promoting performance arts. On the base of mutual deeply trust, make the common goals of the art platform work well on certain projects. According to the findings of the study, the author makes suggestions for future research and relationship managemen of art & business platform as well.
