    Abstract:   台灣在最近的二十個年頭裡變動快速,各種新的議題、觀念和行動,推陳出新不斷發生,社區營造就是其中的一個項目。除了政府部門持續推動的社區營造這項政策,社區居民在社區之中生活著,對在地的一切是有感情的,所以民間自發的社區營造組織所展現的力量更令人驚艷。   本研究先蒐集大溪厝社區的相關資料作為社區營造的研究,接著探討大溪厝社區在推動社區營造過程中,如何凝聚整體社區共識,發掘在地文化特色並加以記錄保存,以創造社區營造價值之議題。   本研究研究方法採質性研究之深度訪談、文獻分析法與次級資料分析法。以嘉義市大溪厝社區為研究對象,分別對嘉義市井色文化協會理事長和志工、社區地方文史工作者、與政府公部門官員、社區大學社造專員進行深度訪談,並將受訪資料進行分析。   綜合上述,本研究所得之結論如下:1. 發展在地文化特色可提升社區認同度。2. 在地文化特色透過設計行銷,可行成具有本土象徵的商品。3. 社區營造組織的互動關係與社區居民自主意識的崛起,對社區的營造影響深遠。4. 結合地方特色發展成在地文化深度之旅,可延伸成為地方觀光產業。   社區發展其目的只是希望社區居民有更優質的的生活環境並發展出其在地文化特色,因為只有在地居民才最了解自己想要的是怎樣的生活環境。最後將此研究作為嘉義市井色文化協會未來推動社區營造策略的參考。
      Taiwan changes rapidly in the last 20 years , new issues, ideas and action all continue to occur, community empowerment is one of the items. In addition to government departments continue to promote community empowerment. Community residents into the community life is to have feelings, private voluntary community empowerment organizations to show the power of more amazing.    This study to gather the Dasi Village community information as a community-building research, then to explore the the Dasi Village community in promoting community empowerment process such as how to unite the whole community consensus, how to explore the local cultural characteristics and how to record keeping in order to create community building on the question of value.   This study takes in-depth interview research interviews, document analysis and secondary-owned data analysis. The Chiayi City Dasi Village Community is as the research object. To interview the Chiayi Jing-se Culture Association and volunteers, community local cultural workers, the public sector with government officials, community college community building Commissioner and do the the data analysis.   In summary, results of the study are as follows:1. Development of local cultural characteristics to enhance the degree of community identity.2. Local cultural characteristics by designing marketing feasible as a local symbol of goods.3. Community empowerment organizations interactive relationship between the rise of self-awareness and community residents, the community to create a far-reaching impact.4. Combined with the development of local characteristics in depth tour of the local culture, and can be extended to become the local tourism industry.   Community development meant to demonstrate to community residents have a better living environment and the development of local cultural characteristics, because only local residents can know the kind of living environment they want. Finally, this study as the Chiayi City Jing-se cultural association to promote community in the future to create a policy reference.
