摘要: | 本研究以中年學習者生命破碎與療癒經驗為主題,採立意取樣,以生死所中年學習者為研究對象,探討他們在生死所的學習與療癒經驗。研究者以半結構訪談大綱進行深度訪談,採取質性研究之詮釋現象學方法,透過田野參與及觀察,以及深度訪談蒐集文本,予以分析與詮釋,以了解生死所中年學習者中年生命課題及其因應之道、進修學習動機與目的、學習轉化與療癒經驗及其影響。 本研究結果為:(一)中年學習者的生命課題為關係的斷裂與失落、生命的陷落與破碎與經驗存在的邊界處境。(二)因應中年生命課題之道為尋求支持的力量,包括:宗教信仰的救贖力量、親友同儕團體的陪伴力量及成長課程的輔助力量。(三)中年學習者進修的動機是自我再造的召喚;進修的目的在自我成長;進修過程的阻力有外在與內在因素。(四)世界觀的改變、啟動轉化的療遇學習及師長同儕教學相長是促發中年學習者療癒的核心經驗。(五)修復關係安頓自我、在生活中實踐所學及從小我歸向大我是中年學習者重新安置生活世界的進路。 本研究結果可做為生死所未來發展規劃、未來研究者、欲療癒自我之中年學習者參考。 The purpose of this study is to explore, in the Department of Life-and-Death Studies, the middle-aged learners’ broken-open and healing experiences, and to understand how help these learners that the courses programs and environment of Department can do. For the purpose of this study, the researcher take purposeful sampling method to choose three representational participants as case study, and take qualitative method with a semi-structured interview outline to carry on an in-depth interview. The hermeneutic phenomenological method was used as data analysis approach. The empirical data was collected via participation and fieldwork in field of the Department of Life-and-Death and in-depth interview with middle-aged learners. The empirical data was analyzed and interpreted for finding out the life issues and coping strategies, the learning motivation and goal, the transformation and healing experiences, and the learning influences of middle-aged learners. The results of this study are comprised: (1)the life issues of the middle-aged learners are the fracture and loss of relationship, life falling apart and broken-down, and experiencing the border situation of existence; (2)the coping strategies of middle-aged life issues are seeking to be supported, those are comprised: the religious beliefs’ power of salvation, the accompany power of relatives and friends' group, and the auxiliary power of the development courses; (3)the learning motivation of the middle-aged learner is to be calling to reconstruct himself, while the goal is to grow up himself and the obstacle in learning process include external and internal factors; (4)the transformation of worldview, the key transformation of learning experiences and teacher and learner promoting and enhancing each other while educating facilitated the healing effect of middle-aged learner within learning process; (5) restore relationships to settle down self, practicing what they have learned in life-world and inclining from self to Atman are the approaches that the middle-aged learner replaces their life-world. The results of this study can be offered for the references of the Department of life-and-death Studies to plan development and programs in future, of researchers in the future, and of the middle-aged learner who wish to be self-healing. |
