本研究旨在了解嘉義地區醫療志工自我效能與工作價值觀之現況,並針對不同醫療志工比較其自我效能及工作價值觀的差異情形,及分析自我效能對工作價值觀之關聯。採用問卷調查法,以嘉義地區9所區域醫療院所之醫療志工1,340位為研究對象,正式樣本依宗教型態比例採取配額抽樣,共發出470份,回收有效問卷率88.84%,研究工具為醫療志工「自我效能量表」及醫療志工「工作價值觀量表」,問卷資料以SPSS for 12.0套裝軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法分析資料,研究結論如下:一、年齡越年長之醫療志工自我效能、工作價值觀愈高。二、教育程度愈高之醫療志工自我效能愈高。三、不同宗教信仰、職業、服務部門及機構型態之醫療志工自我效能、工作價值觀達顯著差異。四、年資愈久及服務時數愈長之醫療志工,其工作價值觀愈低。五、醫療志工之整體自我效能對整體工作價值觀達顯著正相關。六、自我效能各子構面對整體工作價值觀及各子構面達顯著正相關。七、嘉義地區醫療志工之自我效能與背景變項對工作價值觀具有顯著的預測力。 根據本研究結論與發現,提供醫療院所醫療志工管理單位及醫療志工具體建議,以作為後續執行策略與研究之參考。 This study is an investigation of the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Work Values of medical volunteers in Chiayi area. A self-developed questionnaire “Self-Efficacy and Work Values of Medical Volunteer Scale” was conducted on medical volunteers in Chiayi area. With quota sampling technique, 470 questionnaires were sent out and the return rate reached 88.84%.Through SPSS, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, the following conclusions are secured.1.Age of older medical volunteers to higher Self-Efficacy and Work Values.2.Higher level education of medical volunteers to higher self-efficacy.3.A significant difference was found in the Self-Efficacy and Work Values among those medical volunteers of different religions, occupations, departments and hospital types.4.Medical volunteers of longer on Seniority and hours is lower Work Values .5.A positive significant correlation was found between overall Self-Efficacy and overall Work Values.6.A positive significant correlation was found between the structure of the self-efficacy and overall Work Values, structure of Work Values.7.High predictability of Self-Efficacy and background characteristics of the respondents for Work Values was found in Chiayi area. On the basis of the research results, viable suggestions are made to the medical volunteers and the related organizations on the one hand and for the future studies on the other.
