本研究目的探討國小學童,在學習上的壓力、專注力和自我的自信心,以結合MBST正念學的課程應用在國小高年級學童,對學習口風琴樂器時所產生的學習壓力,透過MBST正念學課程,而應用在學習口風琴樂器,此研究主要是以課程結合學習之後的成效。本研究採取行動研究的方式,研究的對象是南部某國小五年級學生13位。研究方法是以蒐集之觀察資料、訪談資料、學習單及配合教學法來施行本次的研究與教學。從研究結果中發現,MBST正念學課程在進行口風琴樂器教學上,不僅改善學生表演之吹奏自信心,也提升學習上自我注意力。 The purpose of this study was to explore elementary school children, the pressure on the learning, concentration and self-confidence, in order to combine the the MBST the Mindfulness school's curriculum is used in the grade five students, of learning Learning Pianica instrument pressure through MBST the mindfulness course, applications in learning Pianica instrument. Based on both courses combined after studying the effectiveness of this study is to take the way of the action research, the object of study is the the southern fifth grade 13 students. The method is based on the observation to collect the information, interviews, worksheets, and with the pedagogy to the purposes of the research and teaching. Found from the results of the study, not only to improve student performances on the MBST Mindfulness Course during the mouth organ instrument teaching, playing self-confidence, but also to enhance the learning of self-attention.
