摘要: | 本研究旨在探討社區資源所發揮的教育功能,學校資源的推展效益,以及雲林縣虎尾鎮各國民小學與社區雙方資源相互運用之實際情形,進一步瞭解資源互享遇到的問題。 本研究採問卷調查法為主,並輔以半結構式訪談,以虎尾鎮10所公立國小教育人員及社區人士為研究對象,發出558份問卷,有效問卷為484份。應用平均數、百分比、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析資料;訪談資料以描述性方式記錄,輔助量化分析之解釋。 根據分析結果,本研究主要發現如下:一、教育人員認為社區資源的功能以「可藉以增進學校與社區的互動關係」為最重要,其重要性的認知程度因學校規模之不同有顯著性差異。二、教育人員對於社區資源在行政與教學上之運用情形:在「學校引進社區資源」方面:運用的差異程度因擔任職務之不同有顯著性差異,而在各策略實施情形,以「邀請社區人士(家長、民眾)擔任學校義工」認同度最高。在「將社區成為第二教室」方面:運用的差異程度因性別、擔任職務之不同有顯著性差異,而在各策略實施情形,以「鼓勵家長在家協助孩子學習」認同度最高。三、教育人員認為運用社區資源的問題以「學校人員編制少,行政工作太多,無暇他顧」最嚴重。四、社區人士對於學校資源推廣效益以「透過學校網站、發行學校刊物,贈閱家長民眾,提供教育新訊息」為最佳方式,其重要性的認知程度因職業、年齡之不同有顯著性差異。五、社區人士對於學校資源之策略推廣的差異程度,因性別、職業、最高教育程度之不同有顯著性差異;而各策略之實施情況以「開放校園場地與設備」最滿意。六、社區人士對於學校資源之推廣問題以「缺乏利用學校資源的管道」最嚴重。 最後,依本研究結論對教育行政機關、學校、教育人員、社區與社區人士及後續研究提出具體建議。 The study is to explore the educational functions of community resources, the evolutionary efficiency of school resources, the reality of mutual interplay among elementary schools of Huwei Township and its community resources. Moreover, it further probes into problems encountered in the shared process information. The survey of questionnaires was adopted as the research method of the study, complemented with semi-interview distributed to the participants, including educators and members of communities from ten public elementary schools in Huwei town. Five hundred and fifty-eight questionnaires were distributed with four hundred and eighty-four returned. The researcher applied the statistical methods such as median, quintile, t-test and one way analysis. In addition, the scripts of interviews were recorded in descriptive ways, supplement with the explanation of quantitative analysis. The main findings of the research can be stated as the followings:Firstly, the educators claimed that most important function of the community resources was their capability of enhancing the interactions of schools and communities. The degree of its cognition also depends on the significant differences varying with the size of schools. Secondly, the introduction of community resources, the disparity of utilization was a significant factor measured by the nature of the occupational positions. Thirdly, the educators acknowledged that, “the most serious problem to exercising the community resources is the overlord of school administrators. Fourthly, the members of communities believes that the optimal way of efficiently promoting school resources is through setting up school websites, launching school publications and give them out freely to parents in families. Fifthly, the members of communities viewed the differences of strategies promotion changed owing to the factors such as genders, occupation and the highest level of schooling. Sixthly, the most serious problem to the promotion of school resources is that members of communities lack the access to school resources. |
