The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships in different background between participative motivation and work satisfaction of Taiwan power company volunteers. The population of this study includes all Taiwan power company branch volunteers. The accepted feedback samples were 248 copies. Using the methods of descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, the results were as follows:l. Taiwan power company volunteers' commonly have strong motivations for participation.2. Taiwan power company volunteers' show fairly high degrees of work satisfaction.3. Taiwan power company volunteers' participating motives are diverse and different from their own characteristics.4. Taiwan power company volunteers' work satisfaction is rather good and they somewhat expect welfare and reward with respect to their hard working.5. Participative motivation and work satisfaction for Taiwan power company volunteers' are correlated.6. Obviously, we can predict Taiwan power company volunteers' degrees of work satisfaction through motivations for participation.
