    摘要:   本研究以彰化縣特殊教育學校教師為例,旨在了解特殊教育教師同理心與創意教學的現況,並探討教師的個人背景變項在同理心與創意教學上的差異情形。   本研究採用問卷調查方式,以彰化縣特殊教育學校教師為研究對象,發出紙本問卷139份,共回收130份,有效問卷130份,問卷回收率93.53%,問卷有效率為93.53%。主要的研究發現包括:一、彰化縣特殊教育學校教師同理心有正向表現。二、彰化縣特殊教育學校教師創意教學以「教學評量與創新」表現最佳,其次依 序為「教學理念及思維」、「教學策略與方法」、「教學媒體之創新」、「課程與 教材設計」。三、「性別」、「月平均專業進修時數」、「年平均購買書籍花費」、「年平均捐款金額」等4個個人背景變項,在整體同理心上有顯著差異。四、彰化縣特殊教育學校「男」教師在創意教學表現上較優於「女」教師。五、彰化縣特殊教育學校曾指導學生獲獎且自身曾獲獎的教師在創意教學表現上較優。六、彰化縣特殊教育學校「無」超額危機的教師在創意教學表現上較優。七、彰化縣特殊教育學校教師閱讀書目類別越多的教師在創意教學表現上較優。八、「任教年資」、「職務性質」、「年平均教材教具編輯與製作花費」、「年平均購買書籍花費」、「年捐款金額」等5個個人背景變項,在創意教學之某些層面上有顯著差異。九、彰化縣特殊教育學校教師的同理心與創意教學間具相關性。
      By using special education school teachers in Changhua County as an example, this study examines the relationship between teachers’ empathy and creative teaching of special education school teachers. It also explores the differences of special education school teachers’ personal background on empathy and creative teaching.   This study conducted a survey to collect data from special education school teachers in Changhua County. A total of 139 copies of questionnaires were sent out and 130 were returned. There were 130 valid questionnaires. The valid returns-ratio of questionnaires is about 93.53%. Major findings from this study are as follows:1. The empathy of special education school teachers in Changhua County shows a positive performance.2. The creative teaching of special education school teachers in Changhua County performs the best in teaching evaluation and innovation, and next come to teaching philosophy and thinking, teaching strategies and methods, instructional media innovation and design for curriculum and instructional materials.3. The following four personal background variables including gender, professional and continuing education per month, annually in average spent more money on buying books, donation amount per year have significant differences in overall empathy.4. In Changhua County, male special education school teachers perform better in creative teaching than female teachers do.5. In Changhua County, special education school teachers who instructed students to win awards and received awards themselves perform better in creative teaching.6. In Changhua County, special education school teachers who are not overcapacity teacher perform better in creative teaching. 7. In Changhua County ,special education school teachers who read various kinds of books perform better in creative teaching. 8. The following five personal background variables including, years of teaching experience, administrative duties, annually in average teaching aids editing and production spending, annually in average spent more money on buying books, donation amount per year have significant differences in creative teaching.9. There is a relationship between empathy and creative teaching of special education school teachers in Changhua County.
