    Abstract:   本研究主要目的在探討國小資深教師退休觀點;退休生涯規劃情形;退休後參與志願服務的動機、服務類型、影響因素等。為達上述目的,本研究首先探討相關文獻以作為理論之基礎,再透過質性研究法的深度訪談方式進行資料的蒐集,依據訪談大綱個別訪談六位國小資深教師,接續將訪談資料進行整理與分析,最後歸納成結論並提出建議。   本研究所得結論如下:壹、資深教師期待退休一、資深教師對教育工作心有餘力不足而萌生退意。二、資深教師的退休想法是完成世代交替任務,隨心所欲過生活。貳、資深教師重視退休生涯規劃一、資深教師的退休生涯規劃內容具前瞻性及全面性。二、多元因素將影響資深教師的退休生涯規劃。參、資深教師是值得重視與開發的志願服務人力資源一、資深教師願參與志願服務發揮所長,是豐富優質的潛在人力資源。二、資深教師參與志願服務動機多重且呈現差異性。三、目前已參與志願服務之資深教師服務信念堅定不移。
      This study aimed to explore various points of view of senior elementary schoolteachers towards retirement, including retirement career planning; volunteering motives after retirement, volunteer work types, and factors influencing volunteer participation. To achieve the above goals, this study used relevant literature as the basis of theory and collected data through the detailed interviews of qualitative research. After interviewing six senior elementary school teachers individually, the interview data was collated and analyzed for making conclusions and recommendations.   The conclusions of this study are as follows:First, senior elementary school teachers eagerly look forward to retirement. This is due to their feeling powerless about their jobs. They also feel like quitting after completing their generation’s shift as teachers and start their new life of freedom. Second, senior elementary school teachers value retirement career planning. Their retirement career planning is forward-looking and comprehensive. Additionally, various factors will affect their retirement career planning. Third, senior elementary school teachers are worthy of attention and utilization in terms of volunteer service human resources. They are willing to volunteer their talents and enrich the quality of potential human resources. However, their motivation to volunteer is multifaceted. Senior teachers who have been involved in volunteer service have unwavering belief in their volunteer work.
