本研究主要目的在探討教師的休閒阻礙、工作壓力、休閒效益與工作滿意度之關係。本研究受試對象為嘉義縣國小教師,共發放360份問卷,回收有效問卷305份,有效量表回收率為84.7%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Lisrel路徑分析等統計方法進行驗證分析,本研究結果如下所述:一、不同「年齡」、「教學年資」、「不同個人每月收入」及「職務」的嘉義縣國小教師之休閒阻礙有差異存在。二、不同「年齡」、「教育程度」、「婚姻」、「不同個人每月收入」及「職務」的嘉義縣國小教師之工作壓力有差異存在。三、不同「不同個人每月收入」的嘉義縣國小教師之休閒效益有差異存在。四、不同「性別」、「教學年資」、「婚姻」、「不同個人每月收入」及「職務」的嘉義縣國小教師之休閒阻礙有差異存在。五、嘉義縣國小教師之路徑分析顯示:休閒阻礙對於工作壓力有直接正向的影響;休閒阻礙對於休閒效益有直接正向的影響;工作壓力對於工作滿意度有直接正向的影響;休閒效益對於工作滿意度有直接正向的影響。 The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among the teachers' lisure constraints, working stress, leisure benefits and job satisfaction. Using the elementary school teachers in Chiayi county as the subjects, a total of 350 questionnairs were distributed and 305 valid questionnaires were received. The return rate of valid questionnairs is 87.1 %. The t-test, one-way ANOVA, and path analysis of Lisrel were applied to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study are as follows:1.Significant difference occurred in age, years of teaching experience, individual income per month and current position.2.Significant difference illustrated in age, degree of education, marital status, individual income per month, and current position. 3.Significant difference displayed in individual income per month.4.Significant differences occurred in sex, years of teaching experience, marital status, individual income per month, and current position.5.The path analysis of elementary school teachers in Chiayi county shows that lisure constraints can affect working stress; lisure constraints can affect leisure benefits; working stress can affect job satisfaction; leisure benefits can affect job satisfaction.
