摘要:	台灣邁入高齡化社會，再加上現今生活步調快速，飲食習慣及生活型態逐漸改變，「三高」問題備受重視，然而，至診所醫院看病是人人所不喜歡的，常常在疾病發生後才尋找醫師的協助與治療，但往往無法恢復原本的健康狀態，甚至留下後遺症，造成生活的失能。厚生基金會委託聯合行銷研究中心進行「三高問題面面觀」調查，結果顯示，73.7％受訪者關心三高資訊，但僅20.8％瞭解三高疾病，超過13.3％中壯年人口從未做過三高篩檢[40]。由上述73.7％受訪者關心三高資訊可得知，預防醫學似乎覺醒過來，大眾已有了阻止疾病發生，及早期發現早期治療的慾望，但是僅有少數人瞭解三高資訊，而且目前三高資訊來源大量且多樣性，不易取得完整資訊。因此，整合三高相關知識與預防保健辦法來利於大眾查詢是有必要的。　　　有鑑於此，本研究主要以預防醫學角度來提供國內一般大眾與三高族群相關保養方針，並藉由整合飲食、運動及預防保健等三高資訊來建置一適用於一般大眾與三高患者之整合性三高資訊共享平台，來達到預防疾病的效果和罹病後的膳食療養及生活應注意事項，這不保證疾病就此遠離，但有一定機率降低疾病發生，並減緩疾病蔓延，以達到全民均健的目標。最後，本研究將建置三高健康照護資訊共享平台，將分散於不同網站中的三高資料加以整合歸類後，再利用管理者介面將所蒐集的資料與相關網站網址儲存至三高健康照護資料庫中，並將之呈現於三高資訊共享平台便於使用者查詢，以達到疾病預防之效果。　　Taiwan entered the aging society, coupled with today's fast-paced life, dietary habits and lifestyle gradually changed, ＂three high＂ issue has attracted increasing attention, however, to the hospital clinic that everyone dislikes, often in the disease occurs with the help of doctors looking after the treatment, but often can not restore the original state of health, and even sequelae resulting disability life.　　　This study mainly preventive medicine perspective to provide domestic general public related maintenance approach, and by integrating diet, exercise and preventive health care and other information to build an integrated applicable to the general public of information sharing platform to achieve the prevention the effect of disease and morbidity after dietary and lifestyle precautions infirmary, this does not guarantee this disease away, but there is a certain probability of reducing disease and slow the spread of the disease. Finally, this study will build healthcare information sharing platform that will integrate data, re-use administration interface to save the data to a database and present it to the user's query to facilitate information sharing platform in order to achieve the effect of disease prevention .
