國樂團的經營管理漸漸的被重視,並成為研究的議題。但國內對於國樂團的行政體系的研究還是很少,國樂產業研究多數著重在於演奏藝術價值、表演形式或曲目分析。研究者長期參與國樂活動,發現我國公立與民間國樂團之間的營運方式與定位上面臨許多挑戰,尤其是經費的預算、人員聘用、經費補助、創新發展及行銷策略。以往「表演者」兼「行政人員」,在全球的趨勢下,行政專業的分工極為重要,並且讓專業人才擬定適當的行銷策略提升樂團本身的節目內容及創新作品。本研究主要針對台灣音樂類表演藝術團體「臺北市立國樂團」及「采風樂坊」的行政體系管理進行四大構面:(1)定位、(2)樂團的經營策略、(3)行銷組合、(4) 未來發展計畫,進行訪談及次級資料收集與訪談統整分析。 The operating management of Chinese Orchestras is taken more and more seriously, and it becomes a subject of researching. However, the researches to the administrative systems of Chinese Orchestras are still very few in Taiwan. The researches of Chinese Orchestra industry mostly pay attention to the performing values, performing styles and repertory analyzing. The researcher participating in Chinese Orchestra activities for a long time finds that national and civil Chinese Orchestras face many challenges in the way they manage and their position, especially budgets, human resource management, subsidies, creative development and marketing strategies. Formerly, performers are concurrently administrators. Because of globalization, administrative specialized labor division is very important. And, it makes people of talent frame suitable marketing strategies to promote program contents of the orchestra itself and to create compositions. This research mainly interview the administrative system management of “Taipei Chinese Orchestra” and “Chai Found Music Workshop”, the musical performing groups in Taiwan, to collect secondary data and intergrate interview analysis by four aspects, (1) The positioning of the Orchestra (2) operating strategies (3) marketing combination (4) development plans in the future.
