本研究主要目的在瞭解高科技產業研發工作人員之工作價值觀、自我效能感與生命意義感的現況,以及不同背景變項下樣本的差異情形,並探討工作價值觀、自我效能感與生命意義感之相關情形。 採用問卷調查法進行研究,利用便利抽樣的方式進行取樣,以任職於新竹科學園區之高科技產業研發工作人員為研究對象,共383人。採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Person積差相關及典型相關等統計方法加以分析。 本研究得到以下結論:一、高科技產業研發工作人員在出生年份、性別及宗教信仰等變項對工作價值觀有顯著差異。二、高科技產業研發工作人員在出生年份及宗教信仰等變項對對自我效能感有顯著差異。三、高科技產業研發工作人員在出生年份、婚姻滿意度及宗教信仰等變項對生命意義感有顯著差異。四、高科技產業研發工作人員之工作價值觀與生命意義感呈中等程度正相關。五、高科技產業研發工作人員之工作價值觀與自我效能感呈中等程度正相關。六、高科技產業研發工作人員之自我效能感與生命意義感呈中等程度正相關。七、高科技產業研發工作人員的工作價值觀、自我效能感與生命意義各分量表間具有典型相關存在。 The purpose of this study is to understand the fact in work values, self efficacy and the meaning of life of the R&D employee of high-technology industry, and to know the sample of different background variables in gap. Furthermore, this study tries to examine the relationship among work values, self efficacy and the meaning of life. Adopt research by questionnaire; we take samples from 383 R&D employees of high-technology industry by the convenient sampling. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product moment correlation and canonical Correlation are also used in this study. The conclusions are as follows:1. The R&D employee of high-technology industry has significant differencesin work values among different birth year, gender and religions.2. The R&D employee of high-technology industry has significant differencesin self efficacy between different birth year and religions.3. The R&D employee of high-technology industry has significant differencesin the meaning of life among different birth year, marital degree ofsatisfaction and religions.4. The correlation between work values and the meaning of life of the R&D employee of high-technology industry was medium degree positive.5. The correlation between work values and self efficacy of the R&D employee of high-technology industry was medium degree positive.6. The correlation between self efficacy and the meaning of life of the R&D employee of high-technology industry was medium degree positive.7. The canonical correlation exists among work values, self efficacy and themeaning of life of the R&D employee of high-technology industry.
