摘要: | 本研究旨在探討臨床佛教宗教師在臨終關懷中修行經驗,以詮釋現象學為研究方法,深度訪談四位宗教師,分別服務於北、中、南不同的醫院,訪談稿轉為文本資料,將此修行經驗深度描寫與詮釋,並進行視域化、脈絡的綜合分析。 研究發現以「世俗」與「神聖」兩個層面來詮釋,發現宗教師出家修行再進入醫院臨終關懷領域,其修行經驗是「俗到聖」,再由「聖返俗」的雙重過程,以四個層次來說明。一、由俗入聖:俗世的生活中覺察「苦」,發現佛法及修行可以解脫苦,經歷皈依經驗逐漸步上出家修行生活。二、由聖返俗:接觸安寧療護學習靈性照顧,入世弘法中發現安寧病房是修行的好道場。三、世俗中經驗神聖:在照顧臨終病人中經歷宗教經驗,對佛法有更深刻的體悟。四、神聖歸返世俗:體會聖與俗是融合的狀態,進而達到理事圓融。研究結果顯示臨終關懷的修行經驗是:一、臨終關懷的入世經驗,直逼修行議題。二、在病人顯現苦境中,落實觀空洞見受苦因緣。三、臨終場域長養慈悲心懷。四、自利利他的菩提心來自願力。 最後依據研究發現及結果,提出建議。一、臨床照顧者:培養情緒穩定及內心安定,即可將平靜帶給病人;將煩惱視為逆增上緣,練習覺察煩惱並且轉念;宗教師將醫院當道場的經驗,提供佛教醫護人員修行之典範。二、僧團醫療:藉由安寧療護的理念,有助於建立僧團適切的醫療照顧模式。三、信眾臨終關懷:將「臨終關懷」課程納入法師養成教育,以具備日後對信眾臨終關懷之能力。四、學術研究:首篇研究臨床佛教宗教師修行經驗,對研究方法可深化與廣泛,修行經驗中各主題可以再延伸及深入。 The findings of this study aim to explore the practical experience of the clinical Buddhist chaplains in hospice care, by using Interpretation of the phenomenological method.,through in-depth interviews of four clinical Buddhist chaplains, presently servicing in the hospitals located diversely northern, central and southern parts of Taiwan. In transferring the interviews into text data, with profoundness of the description of this practice and interpretation of the experience, as well as conducting a comprehensive analysis of the context. The study finds that interpreting these two levels of spirituality as "secular" and "sacred", with the experience of the renounced clinical Buddhist chaplains entered the field of hospice care, found out that to describe these two levels of spirituality life as " secular to Saint ", then from " Saint returned to secular " dual process of life, illustrate them in four different levels. 1、From secular into the sacred :Through the worldly life one experienced “sufferings”,and discovered liberation through the practice of Buddhism, through conversion one gradually steps on a renounced spiritual life.2、Returned from secular :Learning spiritual care through hospice care, one found that hospice is a good place for Dharma practice while preaching. 3、Experiencing sacred in secular. :Experiencing religious experiences in the care of dying patients, one attained a deeper understanding for Buddhism.4、Sacred returned to secular:Experience the integration of secular and sacred, one’s attained ultimate harmony. The results of the findings are:1、Engaged experience of hospice care aspired one’s spiritual practice。2、In the plight of the patient, one realised the concept of emptiness from the insight of suffering. 3、Developing compassion from the field of hospice care. 4、Altruistic bodhisattva comes from strong-will. Finally, from the results and findings, the researcher proposes 1、clinical care-givers develop stable emotions and peaceful state of mind could bring peace to patients and regard defilements as motivating qualities, practicing awareness and changing of thoughts, clinical Buddhist chaplains regard hospital as practicing environment act as a spiritual models for buddhist medical care-givers.2、Medical for the Sanghas:Through concepts of hospice care, develop suitable medical care model for the Sanghas.3、Hospice care for lay-followers:Implement lessons on hospice care into Sanghas educational system, so as to develop abilities for hospice care for lay-followers.4、Academic research:The first study on Clinical Buddhist chaplains religious practical experience, research method may deepen and widen , practical experience in each topic can be further extended and more in-depth. |
