    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討高職學生在學習動機、學習滿意度與學習成效之相關及探討不同背景變項的高職生學習動機、學習滿意度與學習成效之差異情形,並進一步探討學習動機、學習滿意度對學習成效之預測力。本研究採問卷調查方式,進行資料的蒐集。調查問卷內容分為「學生基本資料」、「學習動機量表」與「學習滿意度量表」、「學習成效量表」等四部分,調查對象為中某高職二、三年級學生為樣本,合計413份,有效問卷381份,有效問卷回收率92.30%。有效量表之資料分析應用SPSS for Windows 12 統計軟體,以檢驗研究假設。在研究結果顯示:(1)學習動機對學習成效具有顯著正向影響。(2)學習動機對學習滿意度具有顯著正向影響。(3)學習滿意度對學習成效具有顯著正向影響。(4)學習滿意度在學習動機對學習成效間存在部分中介效果。根據本研究主要發現及結論,分別提出建議供教育主管機關、高職學校、教師、家長、高職學生及未來研究之參考。
      The purpose of this study was to investigate student’s learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and learning achievement in one vocational high school, and discuss the differences among learning motivation, learning satisfaction and learning achievement base on personal background, as well as to make a prediction to learning achievement by learning motivation and learning satisfaction. The instrumentation was composed of four parts, including: personal information, learning motivation scale, and learning satisfaction scale, learning achievement scale. The population was the second, third grade stundent of one vocational high school in Middle Taiwan, 413 copies of questionnaire had been issued. The usable returned questionnaires were 381 and the usable returned rate was 92.30%. The statistics software“SPSS for Windows 12” was applied to the data analysis of these effective scales, for verifying the hypothesis in this study. The result shows that (1) Learning motivation is significantly affected to learning achievement. (2) Learning motivation is significantly affected to learning satisfaction. (3) Learning satisfaction is significantly affected to learning achievement. (4) Learning satisfaction has part mediation effect between learning motivation and learning achievement. According to the finding of this study, suggestions are provided to educational administrative authorities, vocational high schools, teachers, parents and students.
