本研究的目的在瞭解國民小學輔導資源的支援服務與班級經營效能之關係。探討學校所提供之輔導資源的教學支援服務與行政支援服務和班級經營的差異情形,以及瞭解輔導資源是否對班級經營效能產生影響。本研究採用問卷調查法進行研究,研究對象為嘉義縣公立國民小學正式教師,採用分層隨機抽樣方式,共回收313份。資料以SPSS軟體中信度、Pearson相關、成對樣本t檢定、迴歸等方法進行分析,獲得下列研究結論: (1) 國民小學輔導資源之教學支援服務和班級經營成中度正相關。(2) 國民小學輔導資源之行政支援服務和班級經營成中度正相關。(3) 國民小學輔導資源之行政支援服務與班級經營相關性高於教學支援服務與班級經營的相關。(4) 國民小學教師輔導資源之教學支援服務對班級經營有顯著差異。(5) 國民小學教師輔導資源之行政支援服務對班級經營有顯著差異。 The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the support services and effectiveness of classroom management of elementary school counseling resources. Associated states of the support services with classroom management of guidance resources provided by the school are explored in the study, as well as whether the counseling resources make an impact on the effectiveness of classroom management. This survey was obtained through questionnaires to the formal teachers of public elementary schools in Chia-yi County by stratified random sampling method. 313 questionnaires are analyzed by Pearson product moment correlation, t test, regression analysis and SPSS software. The results show that: (1)The teaching support services of elementary school counseling resources have a medium positive correlation with classroom management . (2)The administrative support services of elementary school counseling resources have a medium positive correlation with classroom management . (3)The correlation between the administrative support services and classroom management is more related than the teaching support services and classroom management of the elementary school counseling resources. (4)There is remarkable variations in the classroom management due to the teaching support services of the counseling resources by elementary school teachers.(5) There is remarkable variations in the classroom management due to administrative support services of the counseling resources by elementary school teachers.
