創意文化產業訓練長久以來被各國政府視為施政的重點方針,為求能更深入了解剖析影響職業訓練學習滿意度的各項影響因素;並促進企業重視人力資本發展,提升勞工素質。因此本研究以行政院勞工委員會台南職業訓練中心99、100年度曾參與創意手工藝職業訓練班之學員為對象,總計發出300份,扣除填答不全等無效問卷共17份,有效問卷數為283份。 研究結果發現:(1)受訓態度、參訓意願分別對訓練有用認知與訓練易用認知會產生顯著的正向影響。(2)訓練有用認知與訓練易用認知對參加受訓學員的受訓滿意度有顯著正向影響。(3)受訓態度與參訓意願兩者對於參加受訓學員的受訓滿意度無顯著的正向影響。(4)訓練有用認知與訓練易用認知分別在受訓態度、參訓意願對參加受訓學員的受訓滿意度之間,存在著完全中介影響。(5)參訓身份在訓練有用認知對受訓學員的訓練滿意度之間,有顯著影響。 Occupational training has long been an important directive for government administration, because it is necessary to have better understanding of the various factors influencing learning satisfaction in occupational training, and promote corporate emphasis on developing human resource capital and elevate the quality of workers. The subjects of this study were learners who participated in the laborer autonomy learning project and aborigine specialized occupational training course held by the Tainan Training Center, Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training in 2010 and 2011. A total of 300 questionnaires were released. After eliminating 17 invalid samples that were filled out incompletely, there were 283 valid questionnaires. The research results showed that: (1) attitudes and perceived behavioral control have a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use; (2) perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of participating learners; (3) attitudes and perceived behavioral control do not have a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of participating learners; (4) perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a complete mediating effect through attitudes and perceived behavioral control on the satisfaction of participating learners.
