本研究目的係在探討嘉義地區區域級教學醫院醫療志工,對工作滿意度與組織承諾之認知評價程度及工作滿意度與組織承諾間之關係,期能根據本研究之結論提出各項建議,供醫療單位、志工與後續研究之參考。 本研究主要採取問卷調查法,針對嘉義地區區域級教學醫院之 696 名志工進行普測,獲致之回收問卷 450 份及有效樣本問卷 436 份,回收率為 65% 。調查所得資料以描述性統計、 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關與逐步多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。主要結論如下: 一、醫療志工個人背景,具同質性且集中的傾向。二、醫療志工工作滿意度與組織承諾之表現現況良好。三、不同個人背景變項之醫療志工,於工作滿意度與組織承諾上部份具有顯著差異。四、醫療志工於工作滿意度與組織承諾彼此間,互有正相關且互相影響。五、醫療志工之工作滿意度對組織承諾具有預測力。 The purpose of this study is to explore job satisfaction and organizational commitment of hospital volunteers. The questionnaire is the main method for this research. A total of 696 copies of the questionnaire were sent to regional teaching hospital volunteers in Chiayi area. 450 copies of questionnaires were answered with 436 copies were valid. Data from the valid questionnaires were analyzed through several statistical techniques such as Descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise regression analysis. The findings of this research are as follows:1. The backgrounds of each hospital volunteer show a grea amount of similarities.2. Work satisfaction and organizational commitment of hospital volunteers reveal with ‘good’ level.3. Various background variables of hospital volunteer show significant difference with work satisfaction and organizational commitment.4. Most correlations among the work satisfaction and organizational commitment of hospital volunteers were positive related.5. The work satisfaction of hospital volunteers could significantly predict their organizational commitment.
