    摘要:   本研究旨在探究雲林縣國民小學夜光天使點燈計畫學生家長對方案實施內容之需求及滿意度,本研究以問卷調查為主,針對雲林縣辦理夜光天使點燈計畫之小學進行調查研究,以了解家長對服務內容之需求,同時了解不同背景變項,包含家長與學生關係、家庭型態、家長年齡、家長職業、家長學歷、學童年級別、學童參加期數等之家長,對於夜光天使點燈計畫之滿意度差異情形。再輔以半結構式訪談,以辦理小學之承辦行政人員及現場教學人員為對象進行訪談。以下就統計分析及訪談結果歸納成結論,說明如下:一、家長之需求,以四天為最多,上課日期依序為星期一二四五,作業指導為課程需求比例最高。二、家長對夜光天使點燈計畫實施滿意度的四個向度:「教學與輔導」、「設備與安全」、「行政與服務」以及「行為與表現」,其滿意度約50-70%傾向於「非常滿意」,約20-30%傾向「滿意」。整體而言,家長對夜光天使點燈計畫之實施現況,傾向於「非常滿意」和「滿意」之間。三、雲林縣國小家長因家長身分、家庭型態、家長年齡、家長職業、家長學歷、學童年級別、學童參加期數不同,對夜光天使點燈計畫服務之整體滿意度並無差異,在教學與輔導、設備與安全、行政與服務、行為與表現向度,皆無顯著差異。四、申請時間提早到寒暑假。五、學生流失,目標學生不來。六、教導學生感恩比課業進步更重要。
      This study investigates the requirement and satisfaction of parents’ participation with Luminous Angel Lighting Program. Parents from various backgrounds including the relationship with their children, family styles, age, occupation, educational background, children’s grade and the year of joining the project was surveyed and associated with “semi-structured interviews”.   The conclusions were summarized as followings:1. The parents wish that the program will offer four days a week, including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The need for curriculum was mainly homework instruction.2.Four dimensions of satisfaction consist of academic progress, equipment and site safety, school administration support and assistance, and behavior improvement. 50 to 70 percent of participants tend to feel highly satisfied, 20 to 30 percent of participants lean toward feel satisfied. Holistically, parents inclined to consent to present situation of luminous angel lighting program.3.There was no significance difference among parents’ occupation, family styles, age, educational background, students’ grade, and different year of project.4.The application period shall be lengthen during summer and winter vocation.5.Students from low socio-economic status family should be the main participants of the project, but those students were absent.6.Gratitude cultivation was more important than study in progress.
