本研究目的以瞭解NPO 運動組織在嘉義市地區學習創新型有氧空手道的滿意度情形，期望透過探討個案發展過程及有效問卷498 份調查之結果，作為相關單位推廣創新型有氧空手道教學之參考資料。透過SPSS19.0 電腦套裝統計軟體進行資料分析，以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方式進行資料分析。研究結果如下:一、 學員對於未來從事創新型有氧空手道的工作意願高。推廣運動的心會被感染，因目前的助理教練屬於志工，義務服務於各級學校。二、 學員考取有氧空手道證照之意願有顯著差異。學員對自我的學習成果感到滿意，顯示學員增加對自我的肯定，呈現學員對有氧空手道的學習滿意度高。三、 學習有氧空手道的男性學員多於女性學員，而且以1~3 年級者居多；然而在教學之教練性別方面，女性教練多於男性教練，顯示創新型有氧空手道不再被傳統觀念束縛。四、 教練教學、學習成果和場地設施的積差相關，皆達有顯著性的相關。 With a case study and the survey of 498 valid questionnaires, this study aims to understand learning satisfaction of those who have learned Innovative Aero-Karate in Chiayi City. The findings are stated as follows:1. The students have strong-willed to teach Innovative Aero-Karate in the future.2. There are significant differences in the students’ willing to be a licensee of Aero-Karate.3. The male students, who have learned Aero-Karate are out number than the female students. Most of them are students of 1-3 grades. On the other hand, the female coaches are out number than the male coaches.4. There is apparent correlation of product-moment correlation for the coaches' teaching, students’ learning results and the facilities for Aero-Karate.
