| 摘要: | 設施物是公園中與使用者最息息相關的設計，設施物決定公園的使用滿意度。而在眾多公園相關研究中，針對公園內設施物方面的研究較少，在嘉義市亦僅由嘉義市政府派員調查了各公園的路燈並編號管理，對於公園內其他設施物的調查較為缺乏。本研究調查嘉義市都市計畫內所有已興建且使用中的公園，並進行分析整理，以便於了解公園內設施之狀況。 嘉義市的公園依面積及型態可區分為鄰里公園、社區公園及綜合公園三種，本研究針對這三種公園裡除了路燈外的所有設施物進行調查，並將公園內的設施物分為添景設施、休息設施、遊戲設施、運動設施、教育設施及鋪面七大類。調查的項目為公園內設施物的位置、分類、類型、材質、數量、損壞狀況及損壞程度。 經調查各公園設施物的損壞情形，並配合位置、分類、類型、材質、數量進行分析。調查結果如下：一、所有材質的平均損壞程度以鋪面中草皮的損壞率最高，平均損壞率超過五成為最高；平均損壞程度最低者為許多設施分類都有使用的不鏽鋼材質，平均損壞率低於一成。二、公園的使用年限與損壞程度成正比，但若維護管理良好的狀況則不再此限。三、設施物位置對於損壞的影響來至於設施物之間的互斥。四、公園的面積越大，公園的設施種類及數量則越多；反之，公園面積越小，設施種類及數量則越少。五、 公園的定位、區位及需求影響設施的種類及數量。 據本研究調查之結果，未來嘉義市公園設計可參考以下幾項建議。避開相互排斥的設施及容易損壞的材質，避免造成設施物之間的衝突；考量使用者對設施的需求，減少設施物的浪費及使用上的不足；在維護管理方面則建立設施編號做系統性的管理，公園設施物的使用系統再加入社區或維護管理單位做管理上的分工，以達到公園與管理結合的效用，降低損壞的產生及傷害。
Facilities are the design works which related to park user's using behavior most,they directly affect the satisfaction of park using.But, there are fewer discussions about facility design between the various researches about park.For example, Chiayi City Government only investigate the number of illuminations (path lights? street lights?) in every park, and lack of investigation about other kind of facilities.The issue of this research is to investigate all the efficient parks under the urban plan of Chiayi city, then analyze to aware the using situation of facilities in the park. By the differences of area and type, parks in Chiayi city can be divided into shiang park, community park and composite park.This research is going to investigate facilities in these three kinds of park, except street lights, then categorize them in to seven prototypes, which are adds the scenery facilities, resting facilities, playing facilities sport facilities education facilities and pavement. The investigative projects are about locations、categories、types、materials 、amounts and damaged situations of facilities in parks. After the study of the locations、categories、types、materials 、amounts and damaged situations of facilities in parks. The outcome is just like the following parts:(1) The damage percentage of the pavement made by grass is the highest compare with other pavements. The lowest damage percentage of the pavement all use steel, the average damage percentage is 10% stronger than other materials.(2) The life limit of the park is on the direct ratio with the damage percentage, but if the maintenance and management is good, than the life limit of the park will be longer.(3) Some facilities will repulsion other facilities.(4) The larger park, the more types of facilities will be in this park; otherwise, the smaller park, the less types of facilities will be in this park.(5) The location and demand direct affect the numbers of types and facilities. According to this study, here are some advices of building parks in Chiayi. To avoid facilities which will repulsion to others and it can prevent the damage of facility and material. Consider the practical side, tag numbers on facilities will help the government manage these parks easier, and reduce the damage to these facilities. |
