This study aims to explore inner transformation derived from the learning trip to Spain for flamenco learners from Taiwan. To investigate the Grand Tour experiences and the inner transformation for the flamenco learners to Spain, this study interviewed these learners one by one individually by conducting open conversations first followed by structural in-depth interviews. Results of this study show that the learners changed their learning motivation from personal interest and simple pursuit of health to a higher level of inner satisfaction and happiness, developing a confident lifestyle. Analysis of the interviews via the concepts of Flow Experience, Genius Loci, and Ritualising Experience also suggested that cultural development, tourism, and learners may benefit from one another. Arts and cultural activities implanted in the daily life in Spain evoke the locals’ participation and pilgrimage, boosting the development of tourism; the exotic experiences during a trip in turn facilitates a traveler’s inner transformation, recreation, and reflection, eliciting a new value and life goal.
