本研究旨在調查臺中市公立國民中學生教組長對續任之考量因素的重視,並探究背景變項(性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、教學年資、行政年資、曾經擔任過行政職務、學校區域、學校規模)對公立國民中學生教組長續任意願的考量因素之差異。透過自編之「臺中市公立國民中學生教組長續任問題之調查問卷」作為測量工具,針對臺中市公立國民中學生教組長共計69位進行問卷調查,輔以敘述性統計分析(descriptive statistics)、獨立樣本t檢定(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)等統計方法分析資料,並且歸納研究成果,再進一步分析後,提出相關建議以作為對教育主管機關、學校以及生教組長參考之用。 This thesis aims to analysis the factors that affect the behavior counselors’ willingness of resumption at public junior high schools in Taichung City. A questionnaire - "Survey on the Reappointment With Behavior Counselors of Public Junior High Schools in Taichung City" was provided and within which, the real considerations of public junior high schools to continue a contract with a behavior counselor and several personal background variables, such as gender, marriage status, age, past teaching and administrative experience, administrative position, location and scale of school, are taken into consideration and carefully examined. Sixty-nine behavior counselors of public junior high schools in Taichung City are surveyed and the data are analyzed by statistical methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way variation analysis and etc. The results are induced and analyzed for generating better suggestions to educational competent authorities, schools, and behavior counselors respectively.
