摘要:	本文旨在探討：在資訊科技不斷推陳出新的年代，家長對現今親師溝通管道的使用偏好、家庭聯絡簿的使用現況和滿意度以及教師應用QR Code於家庭聯絡簿及親師溝通後，家長的接受程度與可能障礙。藉由此研究希望進一步瞭解一個新的資訊媒介在教學現場實際運用的可能性，以做為教育同仁在選擇親師溝通管道時的參考依據。　　　為了達到研究的目的，本研究採用的研究方法包含：文獻分析法、問卷調查法、半結構式訪談。希望經由多方面角度探討現實教學現場中家長的觀點，以獲得更真實的有效資料。　　　透過資料整理與分析，研究結果發現：（1）家庭聯絡簿仍是現今家長最常用的溝通管道，且超過八成的家長肯定目前親師溝通的管道是多元的。（2）多數家長肯定家庭聯絡簿的功能及必要性，同時認為經由聯絡簿了解孩子的成長與學習是家長應盡的責任。（3）受訪者皆認同QR Code應用於家庭聯絡簿的有用性；且是一個易於操作的媒介；且因為QR Code具有正確、快速、完整且隱密多元的訊息傳達特性，因此受訪者都願意繼續並推薦其他家長使用。（4）手機上網資費仍偏高、WIFI覆蓋率仍不足、智慧型手機的價位偏高，造成本地區家長持有率不高，而阻礙其參與。（5）受訪者認為參與研究讓自己與新的資訊科技接軌，但也認為有必要再進修以提高自己的資訊能力。（6）教室的硬體設備、教師的授課時數與員額編制有改善的空間，以利教師進行更有效能的親師溝通，進而提高學生的學習成效。　　In the era of information technology, this research investigated three main dimensions: parents’ preference for the means of teacher-parent communication, the current use of homebook and satisfaction levels of its users, and parents’ level of acceptance and possible difficulty after the application of QR Code in homebook and teacher-parent communication. This research was conducted with the hope of exploring the possibility of practicing a new technological medium in school and providing reference resources for those who consider means of teacher-parent communication.　　　With regard to the methodology, Document Analysis, Questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview were applied to the analysis of findings. Meanwhile, parental opinions were thoroughly examined so as to gain genuine and effective data.　　　After data collection and analysis of findings, the main results are as follows. First, a homebook is still commonly used as a means of teacher-parent communication. More than eighty percent of parents believe that the channels of teacher-parent communication are diverse. Secondly, the majority of parents recognize the function and necessity of a homebook. Meanwhile, they think that it is parents’ responsibility to be aware of children’s growth and learning. Thirdly, the respondents all accept the application of QR Code in homebook. They find it easy to use QR Code. Because of its accuracy, efficiency, integrity and privacy, they show their willingness to use it and recommend it to other parents. Fourthly, due to the heavy charge for using Internet on cell phones, low Wi-Fi coverage, high price for smart phones, the percentage of parents in this area own smart phones remains low, which discourages their use of QR Code. Fifthly, respondents think that joining this research help themselves catch up to new information technology and that it is necessary for them to sharpen their skills of information technology. Last but not least, with the improvement in the equipment in classroom, teachers’ teaching hours and faculty arrangement, teachers may facilitate teacher-parent communication so that students’ academic performance can be improved consequently.
