    Abstract:   近年來,富有國際觀,並致力推廣藝文活動之基金會,因具有一套完善的經營模式與行政管理體系,促使與其密切合作、或有計畫進行扶植的藝文團體,在事務運作上能順利地步上軌道;並且,這些藝文團體也在活動推廣與團體經營方面,屢屢創造出令人稱羨之佳績。因此,筆者借用「財團法人」之組織管理模式,將之套用於基金會體制運作模式的執行研究,並評估基金會的運作模式對合作之藝文團體,產生如何之影響。並同時歸納整理不同性質的基金會,在藝文活動推廣發展上的常態經營模式與特殊狀況。   本研究透過台灣三個致力推廣藝文活動之基金會,分別以財團法人「台北愛樂文教基金會」、「新港文教基金會」、「擊樂文教基金會」為例,試圖探討性質各異的財團法人文教基金會,其運作模式對於藝文活動推廣發展產生之影響。   本研究主要採「多個案研究法」;首先確認研究架構,並透過深度訪談的方式,深入了解三個個案基金會的歷史發展脈絡,及其重要的相關藝文活動推廣策略與重要合作團隊,或執行宗旨。期望從中了解個案基金會分別因成立理念、自我定位與活動執行主軸差異,如何形成各自運作模式上的特色。並進一步加以比較分析,希冀透過基金會因運作模式執行差異而形成的不同藝文活動推廣特質,進行歸納,並對基金會未來的發展策略,提出建議。
      In recent years, the foundations with international view have the complete managing model and administration system, dedicating to promote the art and cultural activities. According to the cooperating with them and having plans to be carried, the art and cultural groups smoothly operate in business nowadays; moreover, the art and cultural groups repeatedly create the admirable and marvelous result in the aspect promoting activities and association management.Therefore, this project adopts the model of organization administration of the “foundation”,and puts it into the model of the system operation of the foundation to research how it executes. Moreover, the project also evaluates how the operating model of the foundation will emerge what effect to the art and cultural groups, and collects foundations with different characters to analyze how the common management model in promoting art and cultural activities develops.   The research takes three foundations devoting to promote art and culture activities in Taiwan are “Taipei Philharmonic Foundation for Culture and Education”, “Hsin Kang Foundation of Culture and Education”, and “Ju Percussion Group Foundation”. The project attempts to discuss how the operating model of those three foundations with distinct characters influences the promoting development of art and cultural activities.   This project adopts “multiple cases research method”:first of all, confirming the research structure and according to the in-depth interview are the way to deeply understand the historical development of the three foundations, the promoting strategy of art and cultural activities, crucial cooperating teams, and the purpose of the execution. And then, the expectation is to understand what the difference in the establishing concept, self-localization, and the central idea of activities, and how to form the individual feature of the operating model. Finally, through the analyzing and generalizing the different execution of operating model causes what different characters of promoting art and cultural activities, and attempts to offer advises for the developing strategy of the foundation in the future.
