摘要: | 本研究旨在探討幼稚園教師工作壓力、社會支持與生活滿意度之現況,並了解不同背景之幼稚園教師在工作壓力、社會支持與生活滿意度的差異性,更進一步探究幼稚園教師工作壓力、社會支持與生活滿意度之關係,及幼稚園教師的工作壓力、社會支持對生活滿意度之預測情形。本研究採取問卷調查法,以嘉義市公私立幼稚園教師為研究對象,利用「幼稚園教師工作壓力、社會支持與生活滿意度量表」為研究工具,,採分層隨機抽樣方式,寄發問卷共 230份,回收有效問卷樣本 201份,調查所得之資料以 SPSS 12.0統計分析軟體進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本 t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析進行資料分析與處理。 茲將本研究主要研究結果摘要如下:一、幼稚園教師工作壓力的整體感受屬於中下程度。二、幼稚園教師社會支持的整體感受屬於中上的程度。三、幼稚園教師生活滿意度的整體感受屬於中上的程度。四、幼稚園教師的工作壓力因婚姻狀況、服務園所類別、年齡、教學年資、教育程度的不同而有所差異,但不因是否兼任行政工作而有不同。五、幼稚園教師的社會支持因婚姻狀況、服務園所類別的不同而有所差異,但不因是否兼任行政工作、年齡、教學年資、教育程度而有不同。六、幼稚園教師的生活滿意度因服務園所類別的不同而有所差異,但不因婚姻狀況、是否兼任行政工作、年齡、教學年資、教育程度而有不同。七、幼稚園教師所獲得的社會支持愈少,其工作壓力愈大,呈現中度負相關。八、幼稚園教師工作壓力愈大,其生活滿意度愈低,呈現中度負相關。九、幼稚園教師所獲得的社會支持愈多,其生活滿意度愈高,呈現高度正相關。十、幼稚園教師工作壓力及社會支持能有效預測其生活滿意度之情形。 最後,依據研究結果,提出若干建議,以供幼稚園教師、園所及教育單位與未來研究方向之參考。 This study aimed at investigating the relationships among kindergarten teachers’work stress, social support and life satisfaction in Chia-Yi City. The study employed the survey research method. The questionnaires were mailed to 230 kindergarten teachers in Chia-Yi City. A total of 201 valid samples were obtained. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and step-wise multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:1. The work stress for the kindergarten teachers is low-middle in scale.2. The social support for the kindergarten teachers is high-middle in scale.3. The life satisfaction for the kindergarten teachers is high-middle in scale. 4. There were significant differences on work stress of the kindergarten teachers with marriage, kindergarten property, age, teaching experiences, and educational background, but not with administrative duty.5. There were significant differences on social support of the kindergarten teachers with marriage, and kindergarten property, but not with administrative duty, age, teaching experiences, and educational background.6. There were significant differences on life satisfaction of the kindergarten teachers with kindergarten property, but not with marriage, administrative duty, age, teaching experiences, and educational background.7. There was the significant negative correlation between work stress and social support.8. There was the significant negative correlation between work stress and life satisfaction.9. There was the significant positive correlation between social support and life satisfaction.10. Kindergarten teachers’work stress and social support could predict their life satisfaction. |
