摘要: | 本研究採用個案研究法,主要針對一位唇顎裂兒母親,從產前得知孩子為唇顎裂兒直到產後照顧唇顎裂兒的生活經驗。因此本研究的目的乃在探討個案養育唇顎裂兒的調適歷程,以及探討影響個案教養其唇顎裂兒的因素。在研究對象方面,除了以唇顎裂兒母親為主要之研究對象之外,尚包括有唇顎裂兒父親、阿姨及老師等三位研究參與者,以作為對個案訪談資料的參照驗證之用。 本研究係採質性研究之深度訪談,而以半結構式的訪談大綱作為訪談的工具。訪談資料的處理係先將四位受訪者之訪談內容謄寫為逐字稿;待逐字稿謄寫完成之後隨即進行編碼、列入範疇及形成概念之資料分析步驟;最後則根據所形成之概念,並輔以蒐集之文獻資料提出研究之結果。 從本研究的資料,可獲致以下之結論:1.在個案養育唇顎裂兒的調適歷程方面:從個案初得知胎兒有唇裂 狀況的焦慮、看到孩子實際缺陷情況的驚嚇、面對孩子餵食困難的沮喪、不捨孩子承受缺陷之苦的罪惡感、以及與孩子一起面對現實的接納,可知個案的調適歷程分別有焦慮、驚嚇、沮喪、罪惡感、及接納等五個階段。2.在影響個案教養其唇顎裂兒的因素方面:個案之人格特質、個案之社會支持功能、個案之宗教信仰、孩子與生俱來的氣質、孩子顏面缺陷的程度、個案丈夫的態度、他人的態度等,皆具有正面的影響作用;而個案丈夫的健康狀態及個案的經濟狀況則是負面之影響因素。 根據研究結果,本研究最後並提出相關建議,以供關心唇顎裂的人士及未來研究之參考。 In this research, the case study was used to focus on a mother’s life experience of her young child with cleft lip and palate from getting the information for having a baby with cleft lip and palate before childbirth to taking care of the baby after childbirth.The purpose of this study was to investigate the adaptation process of the case, and to explore the factors of impact on raising the baby with cleft lip and palate. The participants of the study included the child’s mother mainly, and his father, aunt, as well as his teacher were also involved for the purpose of cross-reference. In this study, the in-depth interview of qualitative research was employed and the semi-structured interview guide was used as a tool for interviews. The recorded interview data were firstly transformed into verbatim, and then the analysis procedure of coding, categorizing, and concept formation was followed. Finally, the results of the study were proposed according to the concepts formed and the literature reveiwed. Based on the study data, some conclusions were derived as follows:1.The adaptation process of the case: Based on the various reactions expressed by the mother such as anxiety after getting information about the fetal with cleft lip, fright after seeing the situation of child with the actual defects, depression for the feeding difficulty of the child, guilt at the child with defects, and acceptance of facing reality, it seems to have five phases of anxiety, fright, depression, guilt, and acceptance in the adaptation process of the case.2.The factors of impact on raising the baby with cleft lip and palate: Some factors such as the mother’s personality traits, social support functions, and religion, the child's natural temperament and degree of facial defects, her husband's attitude and attitudes of other people all had positive influences. However, the factors of her husband's health and the economic situation seemed to have negative impacts. Based on the results of the study, some recommendations for those who are concerned with cleft lip and palate and future studies were also proposed. |
