摘要: | 本研究旨在了解幼稚園教師工作壓力、休閒參與及生活滿意度之現況,探討不同背景之幼稚園教師在工作壓力、休閒參與及生活滿意度的差異性,並探討幼稚園教師工作壓力、休閒參與及生活滿意度之關係。本研究以雲林縣公私立幼稚園227名教師為樣本,實施「幼稚園教師工作壓力、休閒參與及生活滿意度量表」之施測,回收有效問卷 211份,本研究之重要結果如下:一、幼稚園教師工作壓力的整體感受屬於中下程度。二、幼稚園教師休閒參與的整體感受屬於中下的程度。三、幼稚園教師生活滿意度的整體感受屬於中上的程度。四、幼稚園教師的工作壓力因園所類別的不同而有所差異,但不因年齡、婚姻、年資、 是否兼任行政工作、教育程度而有不同。五、幼稚園教師的休閒參與因年齡、婚姻、年資、教育程度、園所類別的不同而有所差異,但不因是否兼任行政工作而有不同。六、幼稚園教師的生活滿意度因年齡、婚姻、年資、是否兼任行政工作、園所類別的不同而有所差異,但不因教育程度而有不同。七、幼稚園教師休閒參與愈多,其工作壓力愈小,兩者呈現低度負相關。八、幼稚園教師工作壓力愈大,其生活滿意度愈低,兩者呈現低度負相關。九、幼稚園教師休閒參與愈多,其生活滿意度愈高,呈現中度正相關。 The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of kindergarten teachers’work stress, leisure participation and life satisfaction in Yunlin County, Taiwan. The subjects were 211 kindergarten teachers in Yunlin County. The main findings were as follows:1. Kindergarten teachers possessed a low to middle levels of work stress.2. Kindergarten teachers possessed a low to middle levels of leisure participation. 3. Kindergarten teachers possessed a middle to high levels of life satisfation. 4. There were significant differences in the levels of work stress between kindergarten teachers in public vs. private schools, but not among kindergarten teachers with different ages, different marriage status, different teaching experences, different administrative responsbility, and different educational background.5. There were significant differences in the levels of leisure participation mong kindergarten teachers with different ages, different marriage status, different teaching experences, different educational background, and in public vs. private schools.but not among kindergarten teachers with differen administrative responsbility.6. There were significant differences in the levels of life satisfaction mong kindergarten teachers with different ages, different marriage status, different teaching experences, different administrative responsibility, and in public vs. private school, but not among kindergarten teachers with different educational background. 7. There was significant but low correlation between work stress and leisure participation in kindergarten teachers. When combined, the 11 leisure participation factors accounted for 1.287% of vaviance of the 4 work stress faciors in kindergarten teachers. 8. There was significant but low correlation between work stress and life satisfaction in kindergarten teachers. When combined, the 4 work stress factors accounted for 6.216 % of vaviance of the 11 life satisfaction faciors in kindergarten teachers. 9. There was significant but middle correlation between work stress and life satisfaction in kindergarten teachers. When combined, the 11 leisure participation factors accounted for 13.093 % of vaviance of the 5 life satisfaction faciors in kindergarten teachers. |
