    摘要:   本研究旨在探討北部地區學前教師工作壓力與工作倦怠的現況與不同背景變項在兩者間的差異;及瞭解工作壓力對工作倦怠預測性。   本研究以歐慧敏(2009)所編製的「工作壓力感受量表」及「工作倦怠感受量表」為工具,以北部地區(基隆市到新竹縣市)學前教師為母群體,以分層比例抽樣,共取得有效樣本539份。調查所得結果分別採取描述性統計、t 考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、皮爾森(Pearson)積差相關係數、多元迴歸分析(multi-regression)等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要發現與結果如下:一、 年齡與學前教師工作壓力各層面皆為負相關,因此年齡越大其六項工作壓力層面也就越小;年齡與學前教師工作倦怠層面中的「情緒耗竭倦怠」及「工作疏離倦怠」均為負相關,而「專業效能」為正相關。二、 未婚學前教師在「教保與管教壓力」、「園所人際關係壓力」、「專業成長壓力」、「工作壓力總分」顯著高於已婚之學前教師;已婚學前教師「專業效能」顯著高於未婚學前教師,在「工作疏離倦怠」、「情緒耗竭倦怠」則是未婚學前教師顯著高於已婚學前教師。三、 不同學歷學前教師在工作壓力各層面中以「工作負荷壓力」有顯著差異存在,進一步以Scheffe法進行事後比較,結果發現任兩組之間無顯著差異存在。四、 目前任教不同幼兒年齡學前教師所知覺的工作壓力未達顯著差異;工作倦怠層面中,發現大班及混齡班之學前教師得分顯著高於中班學前教師得分。五、 學前教師工作壓力與工作倦怠之間有顯著相關。(一) 本研究發現學前教師工作壓力六個層面與工作倦怠層面中的「情緒耗竭倦怠」、「工作疏離倦怠」皆達正相關。(二) 與工作倦怠層面的「專業效能」多部分達顯著負相關,而「外在環境政策壓力」未達顯著。六、 學前教師工作壓力對工作倦怠具有預測力。   根據以上研究結果,本研究提出對教育政策、學前教師個人、未來研究者三部分提出建議。
      The main of this study is analyzing that the current situation of work stress and burnout of work has been occurring in some preschool teachers in the north area of Taiwan and the different life background variables how cause the divergences between both. Furthermore, we estimate the intensity of work stress how causes burnout of work.   This analysis is used “ The Occupational Stress Scale in Preschool Teacher ” and “ The Burnout in Preschool Teacher ”. The target analytic group is the practice teachers in the north area of Taiwan and implement stratified random sampling. After that, we gain 539 efficient samples. According to these efficient samples, we express with different methods including the describing statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, The number of product-moment correlation by Pearson and multi-regression. The result is below :1.The items of age and work stress are contrary, it means the age is more older and the levels of work stress from six aspects are more smaller, moreover, it is negative relative between age and “Emotional exhaustion burnout” and “Work Alienation burnout” of aspect of enthusiasm burnout of work but it is positive relative with professional capacity.2.It is obvious that the index of “stress of protected and supervised of educational process”、“stress of relationship in schools”、“stress of growing professional capacity” and “the sum of work stress” from single preschool teachers which are higher than married preschool teachers but those situations between both are opposite from “ cynicism ” and “exhaustion”.3.In work stresses, it is obvious different on the load of work stress between the different education of preschool teachers. But further comparing by Scheffe’ method , we find out it is no obvious different between both.4.We find the conscious of work stress of preschool kindergartener who teach in different class of children are no obvious different, but on enthusiasm burnout aspect, the conscious of work stress of preschool kindergartener who teach senior children are higher than teach junior children.5.It is obvious relative between work stress and enthusiasm burnout of work for preschool teachers.(1)We find out the six aspects of work stress and the aspect of emotional exhaustion and alienation of enthusiasm burnout of work from preschool teachers are positive relative in this study.(2)The relation with work stress, many parts of the professional efficacy of Burnout are negative and no concern obviously with the stress of external policies.6. Six wok stresses were best predictors of burnout in preschool teacher.     According to the result of study, can offer three parts of propositions about the educational policies、the individual preschool teachers and the aspect of future study.
