Abstract:	這是一篇以自我敘說為研究方法，探討研究者經歷罹癌、離婚後，透過宗教、催眠與表達性藝術治療(面具)之媒介，來達到心靈療癒之經驗。　　　本研究以自身30年之經驗為研究主軸，從原生家庭、婚姻與罹癌過程及個人特質等探討個人生命故事，期能建構出生命的更新意義。　　　研究目的包括如下：1.探討自身經歷雙癌、婚變後，壓力調適與變化歷程之脈絡。2.探討宗教、催眠與面具三種媒介之療癒內涵。3.探討受苦經驗造成之意義轉化。　　　資料的蒐集方式為主觀性資料收集，以回憶自己的生命經驗為研究步驟之首要資料，及客觀性資料收集--包括相關離婚、罹癌時的札記、文件及筆記本、照片、行事曆、研究所筆記、面具製作等。　　　研究者希望藉著此一研究之回溯與省思，更豐富個人的內在能量並提供遭逢類似生命經歷的人，一個復原模式之參考。　　This is a self-narrative study --to explore the impact of religion, hypnosis and expressive art therapy upon the cancer and divorced woman’s experience of spiritual healing. 　　　Based on the researcher’s 30 years life experience of the ignored childhood, suffering marriage with two cancers and personal characteristics, this study intends to explore the individual life stories and construct a more authentic meaning of life.　　　Research purposes include the following:1. Explore the context of stress management and the changing process of divorce and cancer； 2.Explore the healing impact of three medias--religion, hypnosis and mask drawing；3. Explore the meaning of suffering caused by conversion.　　　Data collection methods include the subjective recall and the objective data collection which include all the notes, papers, photographs and the masks.　　　　Through this study, the researcher not only enrich the inner power of self; but also wishes to submit a recovery model for those who encounter the similar life situation.
